Abstract

Se proporciona un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero recubierta a base de zinc que tiene excelente estampabilidad. El método incluye una etapa de formación de capa de óxido para poner en contacto la lámina de acero recubierta a base de zinc con una solución ácida, mantener la lámina de acero recubierta a base de zinc durante 1 segundo a 60 segundos, y a continuación lavar con agua la lámina de acero recubierta a base de zinc y una etapa de neutralización para mantener una capa de óxido a base de zinc formada en la etapa de formación de capa de óxido durante 0.5 segundos o más en un estado tal que una superficie de la capa de óxido a base de zinc está en contacto con una solución acuosa alcalina, lavar con agua la capa de óxido a base de zinc, y a continuación secar la capa de óxido a base de zinc. La solución ácida contiene HF2Na y/o HF2K en una cantidad total de 0.10 g/l a 5.0 g/l.
