Abstract
Proporcionar una bebida lechosa que es rica en sabor. [Solución] Una bebida lechosa que contiene prolina. La bebida lechosa puede tener un sabor a leche fermentada. La bebida lechosa puede contener menos de 3.0% de sólidos de leche desnatada, y puede contener menos de un millón de bacterias del ácido láctico o levaduras por 1ml. La bebida lechosa puede también ser un refresco con sabor a yogur. La bebida lechosa no necesita contener ningún aminoácido distinto de prolina. La bebida lechosa se puede almacenar a temperatura ambiente.
