Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una máquina herramienta y con un método para el entallado de socavados en flancos de dientes (4, 5) izquierdos y derechos de los dientes (3) de una rueda de trabajo (1) dentada mediante generación por descortezado, en los cuales la rueda de trabajo (1) y una rueda cortante (11), dispuesta a un ángulo de cruce de ejes con relación a la rueda de trabajo (1), la rueda cortante comprendiendo dientes de corte (13) con filos de corte (14, 15) derechos e izquierdos, son propulsadas continuamente en forma rotativa a una razón fija de velocidad, los dientes de corte (13) atacan los flancos de diente (4, 5) con arranque de virutas y el avance tiene al menos una componente de movimiento en la dirección de la extensión de los dientes (3). Con la finalidad de poder mecanizar piezas de trabajo con dentado oblicuo por medio del método, se propone que en cada una de dos etapas de mecanización consecutivas se mecanizan los flancos de diente (4) izquierdos por una componente de avance diferencial y/o tangencial en la dirección de rotación a la izquierda (L, TL) mediante los filos cortantes izquierdos (14) de los dientes de corte (13) y se mecanizan los flancos de dientes (5) derechos por una componente de avance diferencial y/o tangencial en la dirección de rotación a la derecha (R, TR) mediante los filos cortantes (15) derechos de los dientes de corte (13).
