Abstract
Un dispositivo y un método para recubrimiento con polvo electrostático que comprende los pasos de obtener continuamente un fluido de trabajo constituido por aire desprovisto de sustancias indeseables, suministrar dicho fluido de trabajo, entre 0.5 bar y 10 bar, en un envase (2) que contiene una cantidad de polvo de recubrimiento (3), extraer de dicho envase (2) un primer flujo constituido por fluido de trabajo y polvo, atomizar dicho flujo de fluido de trabajo y polvo con fluido de trabajo a una presión de entre 0.5 bar y 10 bar, suministrar el fluido de trabajo a una presión de entre 0.5 bar y 10 bar para crear un segundo flujo de transporte constituido por fluido de trabajo y polvo atomizado, cargar dicho segundo flujo de fluido de trabajo y polvo atomizado electrostáticamente bajo presión, y enviar dicho segundo flujo de fluido de trabajo y polvo atomizado cargado electrostáticamente sobre un sustrato (1), a una temperatura de entre -15 °C y +45 °C.
