ガス供給源ユニット(1)から送出されるキャリアガス(9)を除湿し乾燥させるドライ化機構としての気水分離手段(13)及び除湿乾燥手段(15)と、キャリアガス(9)が供給される塗装手段としてのスプレーガン(7)における圧力が所定の圧力になるようにキャリアガス(9)の圧力を調整する圧力調整手段(16)と、塗装手段としてのスプレーガン(7)における温度が所定の温度になるようにキャリアガス(9)を加温する加温手段(21)と、塗装手段としてのスプレーガン(7)にキャリアガス(9)を供給するためのホース(6)を収容するスペース(24)を備える筐体内の雰囲気を温める暖房手段(23)とを有するようにした。

Claims (7)
- ガス供給源ユニットから送出されるキャリアガスを除湿し乾燥させるドライ化機構と、前記キャリアガスが供給される塗装手段における圧力が所定の圧力になるように前記キャリアガスの圧力を調整する圧力調整手段と、前記塗装手段における温度が所定の温度になるように前記キャリアガスを加温する加温手段と、前記塗装手段に前記キャリアガスを供給するためのホースを収容するスペースを備える筐体と、当該筐体内の雰囲気を温める暖房手段とを有し、前記ホースが前記筐体内の雰囲気によって加温されると共に塗装作業時には前記筐体内から前記筐体外へと引き出されて塗装作業が行われることを特徴とする塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記ドライ化機構を通過した後の前記キャリアガスを加圧状態で一時貯蔵した上で前記圧力調整手段に送出する貯留ユニットを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記ホースが保温材で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記塗装手段に向けて前記キャリアガスが吹き出されるように前記ホースから分岐する器具を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記塗装手段に供給される塗料を収容すると共に前記筐体内の雰囲気を利用して前記塗料を塗装作業前に温めるための塗料加温部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記ドライ化機構及び前記圧力調整手段を含む気流調整ユニットと、前記加温手段及び前記暖房手段を含む加温ユニットと、前記貯留ユニットとのそれぞれに、または、これらユニットのうちの任意の複数のユニットの組み合わせに対し、移動手段が備えられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
- 前記ホースの端部が結合されて前記ホースから送出される前記キャリアガスが前記筐体内へと導入され、前記筐体内の雰囲気を加温及び加圧する仕組みを前記筐体が備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装キャリアガスの制御装置。
