Abstract

La presente invención trata sobre una bebida a base de malta fermentada sin alcohol o con poco alcohol que tiene un contenido alcohólico no superior a un 1.0% vol., preferentemente no superior a un 0.7% vol., que tiene un perfil aromático similar al de una de las cervezas rubias alcohólicas caracterizada en que comprende 7.00-30.00 ppm de acetato de etilo y 0.01-0.20 ppm de butirato de etilo. También comprende preferentemente los siguientes ésteres: • 0.05-2.00 ppm de acetato de isoamilo; • 0.01-0.10 ppm de butirato de etilo; • 0.01-0.05 ppm de hexanoato de etilo; Y los siguientes alcoholes superiores: • 5.00-30.00 ppm de alcohol isoamílico, donde el alcohol isoamílico se define como la suma de 3-metilbutanol y 2- metilbutanol.
