Abstract

Mecanismos de asiento permiten al usuario variar el ángulo para sentarse de una silla o banco al permitir por lo menos a la porción de la silla que da soporte a los muslos inclinarse hacia adelante para incrementar de forma controlable el ángulo para sentarse mientras mantiene la espina dorsal y la región pélvica en alineación vertical; el grado de inclinación hacia adelante se controla mediante la presión aplicada por los muslos del usuario que también sirve para contrarrestar el peso del torso del usuario.
