Abstract

Se proporciona un método y sistema para controlar automáticamente llaves de tinta para una máquina impresora. Las llaves de tinta son ajustables para controlar la alimentación de tinta a zonas individuales localizadas adyacentes entre sí a todo lo ancho de un rodillo de tinta. El sistema usa circuitos de control de alimentación anticipada y retroalimentación para ajustar el suministro de tinta dinámicamente sobre la base de un conteo de píxeles del contenido de la imagen. El conteo de píxeles busca anticipadamente en el flujo de video lo suficiente para dar tiempo para el ajuste de la llave de tinta para la propagación a través del tren de tinta para afectar la salida de tinta en el tren de tinta sobre el tambor de formación de imágenes. La retroalimentación de la densidad de tinta lograda sobre parches de control en el tambor de formación de imágenes es usada además del conteo de píxeles para ordenar los motores de las llaves del entintador. La retroalimentación también es usada para actualizar el retraso de propagación del entintador del modelo dinámico usado para determinar cuantas llaves del entintador necesitan ser ajustadas sobre la base de flujo del conteo de píxeles.
