Abstract
Un método de detección de SPR que comprende los pasos de: proporcionar un sensor de SPR que comprende una superficie del sensor de soporte de SPR y poner en contacto una muestra que será analizada con la superficie del sensor; por lo menos una condición de resonancia en dicha superficie del sensor de soporte de SPR es monitoreada iluminando la superficie del sensor con un rayo de luz de prueba de excitación de SPR y detectando el rayo de luz de prueba reflejado o transmitido; adicionalmente la superficie del sensor es iluminada con un rayo de luz de referencia bajo condiciones seleccionadas para no excitar la SPR en dicha superficie del sensor, y detectar la intensidad del rayo de luz de referencia reflejado o transmitido; por lo menos una propiedad del rayo de luz de prueba reflejado o transmitido se determina tomando en cuenta la intensidad detectada del rayo de luz de referencia reflejado o transmitido.
