Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un empaque de botella elástica apretable para dispensar productos viscosos sin que salgan con fuerza, caracterizado porque comprende: una bolsa interna flexible, que contiene el producto viscoso; un cuerpo de recipiente exterior que rodea la bolsa flexible, que comprende una pared exterior elástica y un fondo cerrado, estando asegurada la bolsa flexible alrededor de su perímetro, tanto en el extremo superior como sustancialmente en su punto medio, a la superficie de la pared externa elástica; una envolventeasegurada selladoramente al extremo de más arriba de la pared exterior elástica, que incluye un orificio dispensador para dispensar el producto viscoso desde la bolsa flexible; una válvula de retrosucción interpuesta entre el extremo superior de la bolsa flexible, que contiene el producto viscoso, y el orificio dispensador en la envolvente, siendo capaz la válvula de retrosucción de abrirse en respuesta a un incremento en la presión del producto viscoso dentro de la bolsa flexible, para permitir que el producto viscoso pase a través de ella en su camino hacia la envolvente y el orificio dispensador, siendo capaz además la válvula de retroscción de regresar automáticamente a una posición totalmente cerrada y sustancialmente resistente a las fugas, en respuesta a una disminución repentia en la presión del producto viscoso dentro de la bolsa flexible; medios para restringir la salida de aire del interior del cuerpo del recipiente en el área debajo del extremo inferior de la bolsa flexible, cuando se aplican fuerzas apretadoras opustas a la superficie exterior de la pared lateral exterior elástica del empaque, con lo que la presión del producto viscoso contenido en la bolsa flexible se incrementa en respuesta a las fuerzas aplicadoras opuestas, para dispensar el producto viscoso desde el orificio dispensador en la envolvente, en tanto que las fuerzas apretadoras opuestas sean mantenidas sobre la pared exterior elástica del empaque; siendo suficientemente elástica la pared externa del empaque para que regrese el punto medio de la bolsa asegurado a ella, a su sección transversal sustancialmente sin deformar cuando se retiran las fuerzas apretadoras del empaque, provocando de esa manera una disminución sustancialmente instantánea de la presión del producto viscoso dentro de la bolsa flexible; la disminución sustancialmente instantánea de la presión de producto viscoso de la bolsa flexible provoca que cese el flujo de producto viscoso desde el orificio dispensador, y que fluya aire hacia atrás dentro del orificio dispensador, hasta que la válvula de retrosucción haya regresado a su posición totalmente cerrada y sustancialmente resistente a las fugas.
