Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻隔塑料瓶,它包括瓶体和瓶口,所述瓶体由内层和外层组成且所述瓶体的内层和外层之间留有间隙,所述瓶体的侧壁上且在所述瓶体的外层设有阻隔孔,所述阻隔孔内扣接有阻隔塞,所述阻隔塞的中部设有阻隔壁,所述阻隔塞的外侧设有沉降槽,所述阻隔壁的轴心位置设有通孔,所述瓶体的内层且与所述阻隔壁通孔相对应处设有微孔,一球冠形的橡胶塞设置在所述沉降槽内,所述橡胶塞的中心位置处设有橡胶锥体该橡胶锥体依次***所述阻隔壁通孔和所述瓶体内层上的微孔;采用上述结构,实现了结构简单,减少塑料瓶内的液体与空气接触的几率,能够防止塑料瓶内的液体变质的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻隔塑料瓶。
背景技术
目前,使用塑料瓶容纳液体的场所较多,如油、醋等各种调味品,由于塑料瓶容纳的液体在开启瓶盖时,塑料瓶内的液体就会与空气接触,容易变质,减少了液体储存的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,减少塑料瓶内的液体与空气接触的几率,能够防止塑料瓶内的液体变质的阻隔塑料瓶。
本发明的技术方案是一种阻隔塑料瓶,它包括瓶体1和瓶口2,其特征在于:所述瓶体1由内层和外层组成且所述瓶体1的内层和外层之间留有间隙,所述瓶体1的侧壁上且在所述瓶体1的外层设有阻隔孔3,所述阻隔孔3内扣接有阻隔塞4,所述阻隔塞4的中部设有阻隔壁6,所述阻隔塞4的外侧设有沉降槽7,所述阻隔壁6的轴心位置设有通孔10,所述瓶体1的内层且与所述阻隔壁6通孔10相对应处设有微孔11,一球冠形的橡胶塞8设置在所述沉降槽7内,所述橡胶塞8的中心位置处设有橡胶锥体12该橡胶锥体12依次***所述阻隔壁6通孔10和所述瓶体1内层上的微孔11。
本发明的技术方案还可以是所述瓶口2的上部设有橡胶引管5,所述橡胶引管5设有单向出液口,所述橡胶引管5的内壁上设有单向进气通道13。
本发明的技术方案还可以是所述阻隔壁6通孔10的外侧还设有两个通气孔9,所述的两个通气孔9通过所述瓶体1内层和外层之间间隙与所述橡胶引管5上的单向进气通道13连通。
本发明的有益效果是通过在所述瓶体1由内层和外层组成且所述瓶体1的内层和外层之间留有间隙,所述瓶体1的侧壁上且在所述瓶体1的外层设有阻隔孔3,所述阻隔孔3内扣接有阻隔塞4,所述阻隔塞4的中部设有阻隔壁6,所述阻隔塞4的外侧设有沉降槽7,所述阻隔壁6的轴心位置设有通孔10,所述瓶体1的内层且与所述阻隔壁6通孔10相对应处设有微孔11,一球冠形的橡胶塞8设置在所述沉降槽7内,所述橡胶塞8的中心位置处设有橡胶锥体12该橡胶锥体12依次***所述阻隔壁6通孔10和所述瓶体1内层上的微孔11;使用时,通过橡胶塞8中心位置处的橡胶锥体12依次穿过所述阻隔壁6通孔10和所述瓶体1内层上的微孔11,使瓶体1的内层和外层之间形成密封空间,向外倾倒液体时,瓶体1的瓶底逐渐向上倾斜,瓶体1内的液体集中在橡胶引管5的顶部,只需稍微对瓶体1的外层施加外力,瓶体1的内层被压缩,同时瓶体1内层和外层之间空气也被压缩并从单向进气通道13流出,压迫橡胶引管5顶部的液体流出,去掉外力后,由于瓶体1的内层无气体流出,且橡胶引管5为单向出液口,外部的空气无法进入瓶体1的内层,实现了阻隔空气的作用;当瓶体1的内层和外层之间需要补充空气时,将瓶体1竖起,只需对球冠形的橡胶塞8施加外力,由于橡胶塞8的橡胶锥体12***阻隔壁6通孔10,橡胶塞8在阻隔壁6的通孔10边缘作用下,橡胶塞8的四周胶垫在沉降槽7内向外翘起,外部空气通过阻隔壁6通孔10的外侧的两通气孔9进入瓶体1的内层和外层之间,而空气无法进入瓶体1的内层,这样实现了结构简单,减少塑料瓶内的液体与空气接触的几率,能够防止塑料瓶内的液体变质的效果。

根据图1、2所示,本发明涉及一种阻隔塑料瓶,它包括瓶体1和瓶口2,所述瓶体1由内层和外层组成且所述瓶体1的内层和外层之间留有间隙,所述瓶体1的侧壁上且在所述瓶体1的外层设有阻隔孔3,所述阻隔孔3内扣接有阻隔塞4,所述阻隔塞4的中部设有阻隔壁6,所述阻隔塞4的外侧设有沉降槽7,所述阻隔壁6的轴心位置设有通孔10,所述瓶体1的内层且与所述阻隔壁6通孔10相对应处设有微孔11,一球冠形的橡胶塞8设置在所述沉降槽7内,所述橡胶塞8的中心位置处设有橡胶锥体12该橡胶锥体12依次***所述阻隔壁6通孔10和所述瓶体1内层上的微孔11;所述瓶口2的上部设有橡胶引管5,所述橡胶引管5设有单向出液口,所述橡胶引管5的内壁上设有单向进气通道13,所述阻隔壁6通孔10的外侧还设有两个通气孔9,所述的两个通气孔9通过所述瓶体1内层和外层之间间隙与所述橡胶引管5上的单向进气通道13连通;使用时,通过橡胶塞8中心位置处的橡胶锥体12依次穿过所述阻隔壁6通孔10和所述瓶体1内层上的微孔11,使瓶体1的内层和外层之间形成密封空间,向外倾倒液体时,瓶体1的瓶底逐渐向上倾斜,瓶体1内的液体集中在橡胶引管5的顶部,只需稍微对瓶体1的外层施加外力,瓶体1的内层被压缩,同时瓶体1内层和外层之间空气也被压缩并从单向进气通道13流出,压迫橡胶引管5顶部的液体流出,去掉外力后,由于瓶体1的内层无气体流出,且橡胶引管5为单向出液口,外部的空气无法进入瓶体1的内层,实现了阻隔空气的作用;当瓶体1的内层和外层之间需要补充空气时,将瓶体1竖起,只需对球冠形的橡胶塞8施加外力,由于橡胶塞8的橡胶锥体12***阻隔壁6通孔10,橡胶塞8在阻隔壁6的通孔10边缘作用下,橡胶塞8的四周胶垫在沉降槽7内向外翘起,外部空气通过阻隔壁6通孔10的外侧的两通气孔9进入瓶体1的内层和外层之间,而空气无法进入瓶体1的内层,这样实现了结构简单,减少塑料瓶内的液体与空气接触的几率,能够防止塑料瓶内的液体变质的效果。

1.一种阻隔塑料瓶,它包括瓶体(1)和瓶口(2),其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)由内层和外层组成且所述瓶体(1)的内层和外层之间留有间隙,所述瓶体(1)的侧壁上且在所述瓶体(1)的外层设有阻隔孔(3),所述阻隔孔(3)内扣接有阻隔塞(4),所述阻隔塞(4)的中部设有阻隔壁(6),所述阻隔塞(4)的外侧设有沉降槽(7),所述阻隔壁(6)的轴心位置设有通孔(10),所述瓶体(1)的内层且与所述阻隔壁(6)通孔(10)相对应处设有微孔(11),一球冠形的橡胶塞(8)设置在所述沉降槽(7)内,所述橡胶塞(8)的中心位置处设有橡胶锥体(12),该橡胶锥体(12)依次***所述阻隔壁(6)通孔(10)和所述瓶体(1)内层上的微孔(11),所述瓶口(2)的上部设有橡胶引管(5),所述橡胶引管(5)设有单向出液口,所述橡胶引管(5)的内壁上设有单向进气通道(13),所述阻隔壁(6)通孔(10)的外侧还设有两个通气孔(9),所述的两个通气孔(9)通过所述瓶体(1)内层和外层之间间隙与所述橡胶引管(5)上的单向进气通道(13)连通。
