Abstract

제어유닛은 연통채널(6)에 의해 접속되는 변속기 제어유닛 및 엔진 제어유닛(2)을 포함한다. 자동차의 차대 및 엔진(1)으로부터 나온 데이터에 의존하는, 엔진 특성 및 차대 특성 기능 유닛으로 불리는 변속기 제어유닛의 기능 유닛은 엔진 제어유닛(2)내에 합체된다. 변속기로부터 나온 데이터에 의존하는, 변속기 특성 소자로 불리는 기능 유닛의 작동은 컴퓨터 제어된 변속비 변환장치(4)내에 포함된다. 변속기를 제어하기 위해 필요한 데이터, 즉 변속기의 변속비를 선택하거나 또는 결정하기 위한 데이터(7)와 각각의 자동차에 제어유닛을 적응시키기 위해 형상 변수(8)는 연통채널(6)을 통해 엔진 제어유닛(2)과 변속비 변환장치간에 교환된다. 퍼지 제어유닛으로서 설계될 수도 있는 변환점 선택 제어유닛(22)은 엔진 제어유닛(2)내에 포함된다.

제2도는 블록 선도로 도시된 도1에 따른 드라이브의 제어유닛을 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 자동 변속기(3)를 구비하고 변속기의 변속비가 바뀔 때 엔진 토크의 감소를 초래시키는 데이터가 변속기 제어 유닛으로부터 엔진 제어유닛(2)까지 전달되는 연통채널(6)에 의해 서로 접속되는 변속기 제어유닛 및 엔진 제어유닛을 포함하는 자동차용 제어유닛에 있어서, 자동차의 차대 및 엔진(1)으로부터의 데이터에 의존하는 변속기 제어 유닛의 기능 유닛이 엔진 제어유닛(2)내에 합체되고, 변속기(3)로부터의 데이터에 의존하는 기능유닛이변속기의 컴퓨터 제어변속비 변환장치(4)내에 합체되고, 그리고 변속비의 선택을 위해 이용되는 데이터 및 형상변수가 엔진제어유닛(2)과 변속비 변환장치(4)간에 교환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 변속비 선택 제어유닛(2)이 엔진 제어유닛(2)내에 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 운전자의 조정 특성이 분류되고 자동차의운송 루트가 평가되고 동력 변속비 수정이 실행되는 회로장치(24, 22)가 엔진 제어유닛(2)내에 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실제 엔진 토크와, 변속기의 소정변속비와, 컨버터 고정클러치의 소정의 슬립(slip)과, 그리고 실제 엔진 토크의 감소에 관한 데이터가 엔진 제어유닛(2)으로부터 변속비 변환장치(4)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 변속기의 소정의 변속비의 수용과, 변속기의 실제 변속비와, 컨버터 고정클러치의 실제 슬립(slip)과, 그리고 소정의 엔지 토크의 감소에 관한 데이터가 상기 변속비 변환장치(4)로부터 엔진 제어유닛(2)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 변환장치(4)의 결함 및 기능 제한과, 변속기 온도와, 컨버터 증폭과, 그리고 기어변환 레버의 위치에 관한 데이터가 상기 변속비 변환장치(4)로부터 엔진 제어유닛(2)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 점화 스위치가 켜질 때, 변속기의 출력에서 감소된 중량 관성 모우멘트, 자동차의 중량 및 휠의 치수에 관한 변수가 연통채널(6)을 통하여 엔진 제어유닛(2)으로부터 변속기 변환장치(4)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 점화 스위치가 켜질 때, 기어의 수, 기어의 변속비, 토크 컨버터에 관한 데이터 및(기어변환이 가능한) 변환형태에 관한 변수가 연통채널(6)을 통해 변속비 변환장치(4)로부터 엔진 제어유닛(2)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계적인 가변 속도 변속기용 제어유닛.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 점화 스위치가 켜질 때, 최소 변속비, 최대 변속비 및 변속비의 일반적인 변화율에 관한 변수가 연통채널(6)을 통해 변속비 변환장치(4)로부터 엔진 제어유닛(2)까지 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 가변속도 변속기용 제어유닛.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 변속비 선택 제어유닛(2)이 퍼지(fuzzy) 논리 제어유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어유닛.
