본 발명은 섬유상 재료의 부직 웨브로 이루어진 기층 및 하나 이상의 열가소성 필름 층으로 이루어지며, 섬유상 부직 웨브로 이루어진 기층상에 적용된 열가소성 필름이 NFT76-112 표준(박리각동;180° ; 견인 속도:200㎜/mn)에 따라 측정하여 98.10-2kN/m이하인 박리 강도를 갖는 코팅된 부직 재료에 관한 것이다. 본발명은 또한 압출 필름 코팅에 의한 상기 재료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 기저귀, 특히 외부 액체 불투과성 배면 시이트로서의 용도에 관한 것이다,

탈리후, 즉 필름 분리후 부직 웨브 표면의 17배 확대 사진인 도 2에서 소량의 열가소성 필름도 관찰되지 않는다. 부직 웨브의 연속 유리 섬유를 혼합하면 열가소성 필름과 부직 웨브 사이에 부분적인 표면 접착을 나타내는 열가소성 필름의 분리에 의해 변형되지 않는다. 부직 웨브 섬유가 부분적으로 용융되어 나타나는 영역은 사실 부직 웨브의 접착면(미리 조밀화된 면)에 해당한다. 반면에 부직 베이스 층의 탈리 휘에 열가소성 필름의 표면의 12배 확대 및 글레이징 광을 사용하여 입체현미경에 의해 얻어지는 사진인 도 3에서는, 접착되는 부직 재료의 표면 섬유의 촉감이 명확히 보인다. 이는 열가소성 필름이 부직 재료 두께에 실질적으로 침투하지 않으면서 표면 섬유의 코팅을 형성함을 명확히 보여준다.

Claims (19)

  1. 섬유상 부직 웨브로 이루어진 기층 및 하나 이상의 열가소성 필름 층으로 이루어지며, 기층 상에 적용된 열가소성 필름이 NFT76-112 표준(박리각도:180° ; 견인 속도:200mm/mn)에 따라 측정하여 98.10-3kN.m 이하의 박리 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 부직재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박리강도가 6 ×10-3내지 70 ×10-3kN/m 범위임을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름이 10㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름이 5 내지 8㎛ 범위의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름이 하나이상의 에틸렌 중합체 및 하나 이상의 점착 방지제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 중합체가 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 내지 8의 a-올레핀 하나 이상의 공중합체, 알킬기가 탄소수 1 내지 6개의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄기일 수 있는 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/에틸렌의 공중합체, 에틸렌 및 탄소수 2 내지 6개의 포화 카르복시산의 비닐 에스테르 하나 이상의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 중합체가 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 에틸렌 중합체가 에틸렌/메틸(메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합체로부터 선택되는것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 중합체가 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체가 2.5 내지 40중량%의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유래된 단위로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 점착 방지제가 광충전물, 탄소수 8개 이상의 불포화 지방산의 아미드, 탄소수 8개 이상의 불포화 지방산의 에틸렌-비스-아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 점착 방지제가 실리카, 탈크, 스테아린산아연, 스테아린산 아미드, 올레인산 아미드, 팔미트산 아미드, 에루신산 아미드, 미리스트산 아미드, 베헨산 아미드, 에틸렌-비스-올레아미드, 에틸렌-비스-에루카미드, 에틸렌-비스-스테아라미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 점착 방지제가 탈크 및/ 또는 에틸렌-비스-스테아라미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 부직 웨브가 폴리프로필렌의 실질적으로 연속적인, 분자 배향 필라멘트로 이루어진 스펀 결합 직물이고 14g/㎡ 내지 30g/㎡ 범위의 단위 면적당 중량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 기재 조성물이 지방산(N-알킬) 아미드 0.8 내지 1중량%를 첨가하여 개질되고 필라멘트가 1.8 내지 2.2dtex 범위의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  16. -열가소성 필름을 압출하고, -상기 필름을 부직 웨브로 열 결합시키고, -코팅된 부직 웨브를 연신시키는 것으로 이루어진 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 따른 코팅된 부직 재료의 제조 방법으로서, 부직 웨브와, 320℃이하의 온도를 갖는 압출된 열가소성 필름을 6 ×105㎀ 이하의 압력으로 압착된 두개의 실린더를 사용하여결합시키고 코팅된 부직 웨브를 5,105Pa 미만의 연신 장력하에 300m/mn 미만의 속도로 연신 벤치를 사용하여 연신시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 부직 재료의 제조 방법.
  17. 액체 불투과성 배면 시이트가 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 따른 재료로 제조되며, 섬유상 웨브로 제조된 그의 기층이 외측으로 면하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기저귀 또는 트레이닝 팬츠와 같은 일회용 위생 흡수 물품,
  18. 상면 시이트가 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 따른 재료로 이루어지며 섬유상 웨브로 이루어진 기층의 외면이 사용자의 피부와 접촉하도록 배향 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 상면 시이트에 중앙 개구 및 탄성 요소가 구비된 기저귀와 같은 일회용 위생 흡수 물품.
  19. 기저귀의 내부 상면 시이트에 흡수 패드 상에 또는 패드의 가장자리를 따라 부착된 세로로 긴, 탄성 누출 방지부 또는 날개부를 갖는 기저귀와 같은 일회용 위생 흡수 물품으로서, 상기 날개부는 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 따른 재료로 이루어지며 섬유상 웨브로 이루어진 기층의 외면이 사용자의 피부에 접촉하도록 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 위생 흡수 물품.
