Abstract

본 발명은 내부통풍수단이 구비되고 알루미늄합금매트릭스에 경질세라믹입자가 분포된 모노블럭디스크 또는 후브와 마찰링으로 구성된 디스크의 형태인 철도차량용 차축브레이크디스크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 적어도 마찰링, 좋기로는 이에 연결되거나 후브에 연결된 냉각리브가 경질 세라믹입자로 보강된 과공정 AlSi베이스합금으로 구성된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내부통풍수단이 구비되어 있으며 경질세라믹입자가 알루미늄합금매트릭스내에 분포되어 있는 모노블럭디스크 또는 후브와 마찰링으로 구성되는 디스크의 형태로 되어 있는 철도차량용 차축브레이크디스크에 있어서, 적어도 마찰링(1), 좋기로는 이 마찰링과/또는 후브(2)에 연결된 냉각리브(3)가 경질세라믹입자로 보강된 과공정 AlSi베이스합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 차축브레이크디스크.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, AlSi베이스합금이 7-10중량%의 Si와/0.3-1.5중량%의 Mg를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 후브(2)와 마찰링(1)으로 구성되는 브레이크 디스크의 경우에 냉각리브(3)와/또는 후브(2)가 AlSi베이스합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  4. 청구범위 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 탄화성과/또는 산화성기재, 좋기로는 SiC와 /또는 Al2O3의 세라믹성분이 베이스합금물질에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  5. 전기 청구범위의 적어도 하나에 있어서, 세라믹성분이 스켈리톤 형태로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  6. 청구범위 4또는 5항에 있어서, 포함된 세라믹성분이 분말과/또는 섬유로 구성되고 주조전에 액상금속에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  7. 전기 청구범위의 적어도 하나에 있어서, AlSiMg베이스합금이 30%까지의 SiC를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  8. 전기 청구범위의 적어도 하나에 있어서, 다공질세라믹 물질의 보강요소가 주조구조물내에 혼입됨을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  9. 전기 청구범위의 적어도 하나에 있어서, 내부통풍형 브레이크디스크가 전체 폭이 60-200㎜, 좋기로는 80-130㎜인 경우 마찰링의 두께가 30-50㎜, 좋기로는 30-40㎜임을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  10. 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 통풍관 폭과 마찰링의 폭사이에 관계가 0.5-2임을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
  11. 전기 청구범위의 적어도 하나에 있어서, 비통풍형 마찰링의 직경이 300-1000㎜인 경우에 직경대 두께의 관계가 8-12, 좋기로는 10의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 차축브레이크디스크.
