Abstract

본 발명은 윤활성능이 우수하고, 특히 베어링의 윤활성을 향상시켜 소부 및 피로를 막을 수 있고, 환경오염을 야기시키지 않는 R134a 등의 수소함유 프론(fron)냉매를 사용하는 냉동기의 윤활유로서 적합한 냉동기유 조성물에 관한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은 광유 또는 합성유로 이루어지는 기본유에, 100℃에서의 동점도가 20 내지 10000mm2/초의 범위인 폴리에테르계 화합물을 하나 이상 배합하여 제조되는 냉동기유 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 광유 또는 합성유로 이루어지는 기본유, 또는 광유 및 합성유로 이루어지는 기본유에, 100℃에서의 동점도가 20 내지 10000mm2/초의 범위인 폴리에테르계 화합물을 하나 이상 배합하여 제조되는 냉동기유 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본유의 100℃에서의 동점도가 1 내지 100mm2/초인 냉동기유 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기본유가 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 폴리비닐에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올에스테르, 카보네이트 유도체, 폴리에테르케톤, 및 불화 수소유로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 냉동기유 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르계 화합물의 배합량이 조성물 총중량에 대해 0.01 내지 10중량%인 냉동기유 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르계 화합물의 100℃에서의 동점도가 200 내지 1000mm2/초이고, 이의 배합량이 조성물 총중량에 대해 0.01 내지 10중량%인 냉동기유 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르계 화합물이 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 폴리비닐에테르, 카보네이트 유도체, 폴리에테르케톤으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 냉동기유 조성물.
