Abstract

본 발명은 반사기와 램프를 갖는 자동차 헤드라이트에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르 헤드 라이트(1)는 서로 다른 2개의 자유 표면 윤곽을 갖는 반사기(2), 및 메인 필라멘트(7) 둘레에 100 내지 140℃의 방위각으로 차폐된 영역(12)을 형성하는 통합된 차폐물(9)을 갖는 이중 필라멘트 백열램프(3)을 포함한다.

Claims (17)

  1. 광축(A)을 한정하는 반사기(2) 및 상기 반사기 내에 배열되고 2개의 조명 엘리먼트(7,8)를 둘러싸는 전구를 갖는 램프(3)를 구비하며, 메인 필라멘트(7)인 제1조명 엘리먼트는 축방향으로 배열되고 차폐물(9,25)로서 기능하는 금속 박판 부분에 의해 부분적으로 둘러싸여지는 자동차 헤드라이트에 있어서, -상기 반사기(2)는 서로 다른 윤곽 프로파일을 가지는 2개의 세그먼트(14,15)로 구성되며, 상기 제1세그먼트(14)는 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)에 광학적으로 할당되며, 상기 제2세그먼트(15)는 보조 엘리먼트(8)인 상기 제2조명 엘리먼트에 광학적으로 할당되고, 적어도 상기 제1세그먼트(14)의 윤곽은 자유 표면 윤곽이고, -상기 메인 필라멘트(7)는 약 100°내지 140°의 방위각이 차폐되도록 상기 차폐물(9;25)에 의해 둘러싸여지고, 그 결과로서 차폐 영역(12)과 조명 영역(13)이 한정되고, -상기 보조 필라멘트(8)는 상기 광축(A) 아래에 배열되고, 상기 오프셋은 상기 보조 필라멘트 직경의 0.25배 내지 2배가 되고, -상기 반사기의 세그먼트(14,15)에 대한 공간 분할은 상기 차폐물에 의해 한정된 상기 2개 영역(12,13)으로 할당되고, -상기 차폐물(9,25)은 상기 보조 필라멘트(8)가 상기 차폐 영역(12)내에 놓이도록 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1세그먼트(14)의 자유 표면 윤곽은 경사 효과를 위해 요구되는 명암 경계를 형성하도록 최적화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)를 포함하고 상기 메인 필라멘트에 원점을 가지는 수평면에 관련하여, 상기 차폐물의 측면 가장자리(11)는 둘다 상기 메인 필라멘트의 하부 테두리의 상당히 아래에 놓이고, 바람직하게 둘다의 측면상에서 상기 수평면에 대해 적어도 20°의 각분리를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사기의 상기 제2세그먼트(15)는 포물면 윤곽 또는 자유 표면 윤곽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차폐 영역(12)에서 일어나기 쉬운 상기 보조 필라멘트(8)로부터의 조명은 상기 메인 빔 조명의 실질적 부분으로서 사용될 수 있는 강하고 좁은 광 빔을 형성하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  6. 제1항엥 있어서, 상기 보조 필라멘트(8)는 상기 광축(A)에 대해 가로 방향으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 조명 엘리먼트(7,8)는 상기 보조 필라멘트(8)의 전력이 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)의 전력 중 20내지 140%에 대응하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프는 백열 할로겐 램프인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐 영역에 할당되는 상기 제2세그먼트의 면적 비율은 상기 반사기의 전체 면적 중 약 10 내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2조명 엘리먼트는 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)가 경사 빔을 위해 사용되도록 서로 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 메인 빔은 상기 보조 필라멘트에 의해 방출된 광에 의해 형성되거나 상기 메인 필라멘트와 상기 보조 필라멘트에 의해 서로 방출된 광의 중첩에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트.
  11. 반사기 시스템, 특히 적어도 부분적으로 자유 표면 윤곽을 가지는 자동차 헤드라이트에 사용하기 위한 백열 할로겐 램프에 있어서, -전구 축을 한정하는 실린더형 또는 유사한 형태의 전구(5), -상기 반사기 시스템의 광축(A)에 대응하는 기준 축을 한정하는 베이스(5), -상기 기준 축 상에 배열되고, 약 100° 내지 140°의 방위각을 차폐하는 차폐물(9,25)로서 기능하는 금속 캡에 의해 둘러싸여지는 메인 필라멘트(7), -상기 기준축에 멀리 배열되는 보조 필라멘트를 포함하는데, 상기 기준 축까지의 거리는 상기 보조 필라멘트 직경의 0.25배 내지 2배가 되고, -상기 보조 코일이 적어도 상기 차폐 영역(12)에 놓이도록 형태를 가지는 상기 차페물(9,25)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 2필라멘트는 상기 보조 필라멘트의 전력이 상기 메인 필라멘트의 전력중 20% 내지 140%에 대응하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 보조 필라멘트(8)는 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)에 대해 가로 방향으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 메인 필라멘트는 포함하고 상기 보조 필라멘트에 평행하게 연장하고 상기 메인 필라멘트에 원점을 가지는 수평면에 관련하여, 상기 차폐물의 측면 가장자리(11)는 둘다 상기 메인 필라멘트의 하부 테두리에 대해 상당히 아래에 놓이고, 바람직하게 둘다의 측면에서 상기 수평면에 대해 적어도 20°의 각 분리를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 보조 필라멘트(18)는 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)에 대해 축방향으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 메인 필라멘트(7)를 포함하고 상기 메인 필라멘트에 원점을 가지고 상기 2필라멘트를 포함하는 평면에 수직이 되는 수평면에 관련하여, 상기 차페물의 측면 가장자리(11)는 둘다 상기 메인 필라멘트의 하부 테두리에 대해 상당히 아래에 놓이고, 바람직하게 둘다의 측면에서 상기 수평면에 대해 적어도 20°의 각 분리를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물(25)은 평면, 특히 경사지거나 연속적으로 굽은 금속박판 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백열 할로겐 램프.
