Abstract
본 발명은 중간층은 열경화성 수지와 무기 충전제를 함유하는 수지 조성물로 함유된 유리섬유 부직물로 만들어진 중심층 및 열경화성 수지와 무기 충전제를 함유하는 상기의 수지 조성물로 각각 만들어진, 충진층 위에 형성된 상층 및 하층으로 구성되며, 중간층위에 형성된 2개의 표면층은 열경화성 수지-합침된 섬유 지지체로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층과 중간층위에 형성된 2개의 표면층으로 구성된 적층판 및 상기 적층판의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 각각 본 발명의 적층판의 제조에서 프리프레그 형성을 위한 단계의 예시를 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (19)
- 중간층은 열경화성 수지와 무기 충전제를 함유하는 수지 조성물로 함침된 유리섬유 부직물로 만들어진 중심층 및 열경화성 수지와 무기 충전제를 함유하는 상기의 수지 조성물로 각각 만들어진, 중심층 위에 형성된 상층 및 하층으로 구성되며, 중간층위에 형성된 2개의 표면층은 열경화성 수지-합침된 섬유 지지체로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층과 중간층위에 형성된 2개의 표면층으로 구성된 적층판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물 중의 무기충전제의 비율을 열경화성 수지에 대해 10-300중량%의 적층판.
- 하기의 단계로 구성된 적층판의 제조방법. 무기 충전제를 함유한 열경화성 수지 와니스를 길이가 긴 섬유지지체의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계; 섬유 지지체의 와니스-피복된 면위에 유리섬유 부직물을 적층시켜 라미네이트를 얻는 단계; 라미네이트를 가열-건조시켜 프리프레그를 얻는 단계; 및 상기와 같이 형성된 프리프레그 두장을 적층시켜서 각각의 유리섬유 부직물이 서로 마주보도록 하고, 생성된 라미네이트를 고온 프레싱하는 단계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기 충전제를 함유한 열경화성 수지 와니스를 길이가 긴 섬유 지지체의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계의 전 단계로서 열경화성 수지만으로 된 와니스를 상기의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 와니스 피복된 섬유 지지체의 면위에 유리섬유 부직물을 적층시키는 단계와 다음 단계로서 섬유 지지체의 다른 면위에 열경화성 수지 와니스를 피복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기충전제를 함유하는 열경화성 수지 와니스에서 무기충전제의 비율은 열경화성 수지에 대해 10-300중량%인 방법.
- 하기의 단계로 구성된 적층판의 제조방법. 무기 충전제를 함유한 열경화성 수지 와니스를 길이가 긴 섬유 지지체의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계; 와니스-피복된 섬유 지지체를 가열-건조시키는 단계; 와니스-피복된 섬유 지지체의 면위에 유리섬유 부직물을 적층시켜 라미네이트를 수득하는 단계; 라미네이트를 가열-건조시켜 프리프레그를 얻는 단계; 및 상기와 같이 형성된 프리프레그 두장을 적층시켜서 각각의 유리섬유 부직물이 서로 마주보도록 하고, 생성된 라미네이트를 고온 프레싱하는 단계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 무기 충전제를 함유한 열경화성 수지 와니스를 길이가 긴 섬유 지지체의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계의 전 단계로서 열경화성 수지만으로 된 와니스를 상기의 한 면위에 피복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 와니스 피복된 섬유 지지체의 면위에 유리섬유 부직물을 적층시키는 단계의 다음 단계로서 섬유 지지체의 다른 면위에 열경화성 수지 와니스를 피복하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 무기충전제를 함유하는 열경화성 수지 와니스에서 무기충전제의 비율은 열경화성 수지에 대해 10-300중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기충전제는 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 탈크 및 실리카로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적층판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지는 에폭시 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지 및 아크릴 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적층판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 지지체는 유리섬유 직물, 유리섬유 부직물, 합성섬유 직물 또는 합성섬유 부직물, 크래프트지 및 린터지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적층판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기충전제는 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 탈크 및 실리카로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지는 에폭시 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지 및 아크릴 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열경화성 수지인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 섬유 지지체는 유리섬유 직물, 유리섬유 부직물, 합성섬유 직물 또는 합성섬유 부직물, 크래프트지 및 린터지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
