Abstract

윤활제 입자 Ⅰ및 Ⅱ를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 충 A 및 폴리에스페르 충 A의 다른 쪽에 적층된 폴리에스테르 충 B로 구성된 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ및 Ⅱ가 80내지 100%이 비율로 비응집된 입자를 함유하고, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 평균 입자 직경이 0.3 내지 1.0㎛이고, 이의 함유량이 0.05중량% 이상, 0.1중량% 미만이고, 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 평균 입자 직경이 하기 수학식(1)을 만족시키고: 1〈d/d≤10 (1)
(상기 식에서, d는 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 평균입자 직경이고 d는 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 평균입자 직경이다.)이의 함유량이 0.1중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. 이 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름은 탁월한 평활성, 조각 분쇄 내성 및 권치성을 가지며, 자기 기록 매체용 기재 필름으로서 유용하다.

Claims (17)

  1. 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ 및 Ⅱ를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 층 A 및 폴리에스테르 층 A의 다른 쪽에 적층된 폴리에스테르 층 B로 구성된 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ 및 Ⅱ가 80내지 100%의 비율로 비응집된 입자를 함유하고, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 평균 입자 직경이 0.3 내지 1.0㎛이고, 이의 함유량이 0.005중량% 이상, 0.1중량% 미만이고, 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 평균 입자 직경이 하기 수학식(1)을 만족시키고 :

    (상기 식에서, d는 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 평균 입자 직경이고, d는 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 평균 입자 직경이다.)이의 함유량이 0.1중량% 이상, 1.0중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비응집된 입자의 비율이 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 85 내지 97%인 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비응집된 입자의 비율이 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 85 내지 97%인 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 평균 입자 직경이 0.4내지 0.8㎛인 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ가 하기 수학식 (2)를 만족시키는 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 필름 : 2≤d/d≤8 (2)
    (상기 식에서, d및 d는 청구 범위 제1항의 수학식(1)에서 정의된 바와 같다.)
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 함량이 0.008 내지 0.08중량%인 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 함량이 0.2 내지 0.5중량%인 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ및 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ가 다른 종류인 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ및 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ 가 동일한 종류이고, 윤활제 입자 Ⅰ의 입자 크기 분포 및 윤활제 입자 Ⅱ의 입자 크기 분포를 합한 입자 크기 분포가 입자 크기면에서 2개 이상의 피이크를 갖는 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 층 A의 외부 표면의 중심면 평균 표면 조도AWRa가 2 내지 15nm인 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 층 B의 외부 표면의 중심면 평균 표면 조도BWRa가 0.1 내지 8nm인 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 층 A의 두께가 0.5 내지 2㎛인 필름.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 2내지 10㎛인 필름.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 서로 수직한 두 방향의 영의 모듈이 400 내지 2000㎏/㎟인 필름.
  15. 청구 범위 제1항의 필름으로 된 기재층 및 상기 필름이 폴리에스테르 층 A상에 형성된 자기 기록층을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 디지탈 기록용 자기 테이프인 자기 기록 매체.
  17. 자기 기록 매체용 기재 필름으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 청구 범위 제1항의 필름.
