Abstract

차량의 경사도를 감지하여 출력하는 경사도 센서(10)와, 드로틀 밸브의 개도각을 감지하여 출력하는 드로틀 포지션 센서(20)와, 엔진의 회전수를 검출하여 출력하는 엔진 RPM 센서(30)와, 트랜스미션의 기어의 회전속도를 감지하여 출력하는 기어입력속도 센서(40)와, 트랜스미션의 기어의 위치를 감지하여 출력하는 기어 포지션 센서(50)와, 변속레버의 동작을 감지하여 출력하는 변속레버 센서(60)와, 상기한 센서로부터 입력되는 신호를 읽어들여, 차량이 경사로에서 출발하는 경우에는 출발전에 반클러치 상태가 되도록 하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 중앙처리장치(70)와, 상기 중앙처리장치로부터 제어신호가 입력되는 경우에 전동모터에 의해 발생된 유압을 이용하여 실린더가 직선운동되도록 하는 전동 유압 실린더(800와, 상기한 전동 유압 실린더와 기구적으로 연결되어 있으며, 상기한 전동 유압 실린더의 직선운동에 의해 클러치가 접합되도록 하는 클러치 릴리즈 실린더(90)로 이루어지며, 경사로에서는 자동적으로 출발전에 반클러치 상태가 유지되도록 함으로써 차량이 뒤로밀리게 되는 현상을 제거할 수 있는 효과를 가진 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것.

경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치 및 그 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치의 회로 구성도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어방법의 동작 순서도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 차량의 경사도를 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 경사도 센서와, 드로틀 밸브의 개도각을 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 드로틀 포지션 센서와, 엔진의 회전수를 검출한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 엔진 RPM 센서와, 트랜스미션의 기어의 회전속도를 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 기어입력속도 센서와, 트랜스미션의 기어의 위치를 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 기어 포지션 센서와, 변속레버의 동작을 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 변속레버 센서와, 상기한 센서로부터 입력되는 신호를 읽어들여, 차량이 경사로에서 출발하는 경우에는 출발전에 반클러치 상태가 되도록 하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 중앙처리장치와, 상기 중앙처리장치로부터 제어신호가 입력되는 경우에 전동모터에 의해 발생된 유압을 이용하여 실린더가 직선운동되도록 하는 전동 유압 실린더와, 상기한 전동 유압 실린더와 기구적으로 연결되어 있으며, 상기한 전동 유압 실린더의 직선운동에 의해 클러치가 접합되도록 하는 클러치 릴리즈 실린더를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 변속 제어장치를 운전자가 필요에 따라 선택적으로 동작시켜 동작 스위치를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중앙처리장치는 내부에 애널로그/디지틀 컨버터(Analog to Digital Converter)와, 메모리가 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치.
  4. 전원이 인가되면 동작이 시작되어 모든 메모리 변수를 초기화시키는 단계와, 동작 스위치로부터 입력되는 신호를 일거들여 동작 스위치가 온되었는지를 판단하는 단계와, 동작 스위치가 온된 경우에 드로틀 밸브가 닫혔는지를 판단하는 단계와, 드로틀 밸브가 닫혀진 경우에 변속레버가 중립위치에 있는지를 판단하여, 변속 레버가 중립위치에 있는 경우에는 클러치를 분리시키는 단계와, 변속레버가 해당 변속단으로 선택되었는지를 판단하는 단계와, 변속레버가 해당 변속단으로 선택된 경우에 클러치의 접합속도를 산출하는 단계와, 차량이 경사로에 위치하고 있는지를 판단하여, 경사로에 위치하고 있는 경우에는 반클러치 상태가 되도록 하는 단계와, 드로틀 밸브가 열렸는지를 판단하여, 드로틀 밸브가 열린 경우네는 기산출된 클러치 접합속도로 클러치를 접합시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사로 밀림 방지기능을 구비한 반자동 변속 제어장치.
