Abstract
(a) Fischer-Tropsch 왁스 공급물을 하이드로전환 조건하에서 하이드로전환 촉매와 접촉시키고, (b) 단계 (a)에서 수득된 하이드로전환 유출물을 적어도 하나의 경량성 분획과 중량성 분획을 분리시킨 다음, (c) 중량성 분획을 탈랍하여 기재 오일을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 적어도 50℃의 응고점 및 90wt%의 비점과 10wt% 비점사이의 차이(T90-T10)가 40 내지 150℃범위인 비점을 갖는 Fischer-Tropsch 왁스 공급물로부터 적어도 150의 VI를 갖는 윤활 기재 오일의 제조 방법.

Claims (10)
- (a) Fischer-Tropsch 왁스 공급물을 하이드로전환 조건하에서 하이드로전환 촉매와 접촉시키고, (b) 단계 (a)에서 수득된 하이드로전환 유출물을 적어도 하나의 경량성 분획과 중량성 분획을 분리시킨 다음, (c) 중량성 분획을 탈랍하여 기재 오일을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 적어도 50℃의 응고점 및 90wt%의 비점과 10wt% 비점사이의 차이(T90-T10)가 40 내지 150℃범위인 비점을 갖는 Fischer-Tropsch 왁스 공급물로부터 적어도 150의 VI를 갖는 윤활 기재 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, T90-T10이 50 내지 130℃ 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, Fischer-Tropsch 왁스 공급물이 55 내지 150℃, 바람직하게는 60 내지 120℃ 범위의 응고점을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로전환 촉매가 내화성 산화물 담체상에 지지된 수소화 성분을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하이드로전환 촉매가 수소화 성분으로서 백금 및/또는 팔라듐을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하이드로전환 촉매가 무정형 실리카-알루미나 담체상에 지지된 백금 및 팔라듐을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하이드로전환 촉매가 수소화 성분으로서 적어도 하나의 ⅥB족 금속, 바람직하게는 텅스텐 및 적어도 하나의 Ⅷ족 비귀금속, 바람직하게는 니켈을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중량성 분획이 단계 (b)에서 350 내지 420℃의 유효 절단점에서 수득되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서의 탈랍이 용매 탈랍에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서의 탈랍이 촉매적 탈랍에 의해 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
