Abstract
본 발명은 예를들어, 정전 에나멜링용으로 사용되는 분말 스프레이 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 쉽게 균일한 고밀도의 분말 출력률을 얻기위해서, 밀폐 컨테이너(2)속에서 분말(8)을 유체화하여 이것을 유체 배드의 영역에서 추출하며 노즐(11)을 통해 컨테이너(2)상에 유출되게 한다. 컨테이너(2)는 플릿(6)에 의해 공기(7)가 공급되는 제1챔버(3)와, 분말(8)을 포함하며 공기가 밸브(19)를 통해 방출되는 제2챔버(4)를 구분되어 있다. 분말 출력률은 공기 압력(Pl,P4)의 레귤레이션에 의해 제어된다.

Claims (8)
- 플릿(6)을 경유하여 제2챔버(4)에 공급되는 압축공기(7)를 도입하는 제1챔버(3)를 가진, 2-챔버 장치에서 유체화되는 단계와, 유체화된 분말(8)을 2-챔버 장치(2)로부터 유출하여 전하를 띠게 하는 단계를 포함하는 유체 분말(8)의 스프레이 방법에 있어서, 분말(8)을 폐쇄가능한 분말 공급 오리피스(9)를 경유하여 제2챔버(4)속에 도입하는 단계와, 챔버(4)의 분말 유체화를 노즐(11)과 공기 입출력 밸브(17,19)를 제외하고는 밀폐된 컨테이너(2)내부에서 발생시켜, 적합한 압력 조건을 공기 입출력 밸브(17,19)의 위치 조절에 의해 유지되게 하는 단계 및, 유체화된 분말(8)을 유체 배드 영역으로부터 추출하여 노즐(11)에 공급화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분말의 스프레이 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 에너지는 비교적 큰 공기 방울이 형성되어 노즐(11)로 상승 도달하는 것을 피하기 위하여, 휘젖거나 진동에 의해 제2챔버(4)내 유체 배드에 부가적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분말의 스프레이 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 압축공기(7)가 공급되는 제1챔버(3)와, 공기(7)가 제1챔버(3) 외부로 이동하여 들어가는 제2챔버(4)와, 제1챔버(3)와 제2챔버(4) 사이의 플릿(6) 및, 분말 출력 지점에 배치되어 전하를 띠게하는 고 전압전극(14)을 포함하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 스프레이 장치에 있어서, 밀폐된 컨테이너(2)로서 설계된 2-챔버 장치와, 밀폐가능한 분말 공급 오리피스(9)를 경유하여 제2챔버(4)로 공급되고 압축공기의 공급 및 방출이 조절될 때 제1챔버(3)로부터 공기 공급에 의해 유체배드에서 유체화되는 분말 및, 유체배드영역으로부터 유체화된 분말(8)을 추출하고 수단(13)에 의해 밀폐되는 노즐(11)로 공급하는 수단(25)을 포함하는 스프레이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구동 장치(24)에 의해 회전하게 설계된 배플체(16,22)가 노즐(11)의 분말 출력영역(12)에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고 전압전극(14)은 특히 분말구름(15) 주위에 균일한 전하를 띠우도록, 회전 디스크(29)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 회전하는 고 전압전극(14) 후방, 즉, 컨테이너(2)의 외부벽과 고 전압전극(14) 사이의 영역에, 환형 접지 전극(26)이 배열되어, 적어도 일부의 이온 흐름이 이동하여 분말 흐름과 교차하여, 전하를 향상되게 띠게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유체배드로부터 유체화된 분말(8)의 추출이 유체화된 분말(8)을 노즐(11)에 연결하며 비교적 공기 방울이 하우징 벽위로 발생하여 노즐(11)에 도달하는 것을 막는 파이프(25)에 의해 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공기 노즐(27)은 분말 입력영역(12)속으로 개방되며, 상기 노즐(27)을 통해서 부가의 공기(28)가 유출되고 분말 입자를 가속시키며 또한 분말구릉(15)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
