Abstract

물펌프(1), 수온조절기(2), 물펌프 출구(3), 물재킷 입구 통로(4), 냉각수 출구(5), 바이패스 통로(6) 및 바이패스 개구(7)가 실린더 헤드(8)의 후방(트랜스 미션측)에 배치되어 있는 내연기관의 냉각장치로서, 물펌프/수온조절기 본체(13)가 실린더 헤드(8)의 후면에 착탈 가능하게 취부되고, 냉각수 출구(5)와 함께 바이패스통로(6)가 금형 드래그를 사용하여 주조된다. 냉각수 유동경로는 실린더 헤드(8)의 후방에 위치한 물펌프(1)로부터 출발하여 실린더 헤드(8)의 전방으로 흐른 다음, 실린더 블록(10)의 전방으로 하향 유동하고, 이어 실린더 블록(10)의 후방으로 흐른 후 실린더 헤드(8)의 후방으로 상향유동하여 U자형 유동경로를 그린다.

제2도는 물펌프가 설치된 실린더 헤드의 배면도로서, 실린더 블록의 일부가 나타난 도면,
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ에 따른, 실린더 헤드의 후단부의 횡단면도,
제4도는 제3도의 선 Ⅳ-Ⅳ에 따른, 실린더 헤드 및 실린더 블록의 종단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 수온조절기(2), 물펌프 출구(3), 물재킷 입구통로(4), 냉각수 출구(5), 바이패스 통로(6) 및 바이패스 개구(7)를 포함하는 유동제어 수단과 물펌프(1)로 구성되는 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 물펌프(1)와 상기 유동제어 수단이 실린더 헤드(8)의 후방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물재킷 입구통로(4)가 상기 물펌프 출구(3)에 직접 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 물펌프/수온조절기 본체(13)가 상기 실린더 헤드(8)의 후면에 착탈가능하게 취부되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 통로(6)는 금형 드래그를 사용하여 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 출구(5)와 함께 상기 바이패스 통로(6)는 금형 드래그를 사용하여 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 냉각장치.
