Abstract

장식구는, 자기부분을 형성하기 위해 일부 또는 전부를 자화한 가요성의 신장부재, 코팅필름으로 환전이 코트된 산장부재와, 코팅필름으로 코트된 것을 또 코팅부재로 코트된 신장부재, 2회코트된 신장부재의 반대단에 결합한 2개의 캡 및 2회 코트된 신장부재에 설치된 장식부재로 구성되여 있다. 장식구는 신장부재의 가요성과 자기부분의 상호자기인력으로 조정가능한 직경이 환상형으로 되어 있다.

Claims (19)

  1. 일부 또는 전체가 자석부분으로 형성된 가요성의 신장부재 (elongate member)와, 코팅필름으로 완전히 코트된 상기의 신장부재와, 상기의 코팅필름으로 코트되고 또 코팅부재로 코트된 상기의 신장부재와, 2회 코트된 상기 신장부재의 반대단에 결합된 2개의 캡과, 2회 코트된 신장부재에 설치된 장식부재로 구성된 장식구에 있어서, 상기의 신장부재의 가요성과 자석부분의 상호자기 인력으로 조정가능한 직격이 환상형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅필름은 실리콘수지, 에폭시수지 및 아크릴수지로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1개부재로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅필름간 분사코팅, 정전(electrostatic) 코팅 또는 진공증착(vacuumdeposition)으로 상기의 신장부재에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 실리콘수지, 에폭시수지 및 아크릴수지로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1개의 부재로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 분사코팅, 정전코팅 또는 진공증착으로 상기의 신장부재에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 중공실린더의 형으로 열수축수지로 형성되고, 신장부재를 중공실린더에 삽입하여 로팅부재를 가열하여 코팅필름으로 코트된 상기의 신장부재에 증착됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 투명하며, 상기의 코팅필름은 색채를 갖은 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 색채를 갖으며, 상기외 코팅필름을 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 코팅부재는 투명하며, 상기의 코팅필름은 색채를 갖은 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.

  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 신장부재의 중앙에는 코어부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  12. 재1항에 있어서, 상기의 지기부분은 극성이 다른 극을 보유하고, 상기의 신장부재의 길이에 따라 신장부재를 가로지르는 수직되는 횡단면에 처리되여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 자기부분은 극성이 다른 극을 보유하고, 신장부재의 길이에 따라 엇갈리게 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 장식구는 상자에 보전되며, 그 상자에는 신장부재가 1개의 고리로 감겨졌을 때에는, 그속에 저장할 수 있는 큰 보류부재 및 옷감등의 덮개로 그것이 접혀 질대는 보류부재와 동일한 형의 펴지는 커버가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기의 보류부재는, 스테인레스강 또는 자력으로 끌리기 위해 철로 만든 엷은판, 종이로 만들어 엷은판의 뒷표면에 고정된 베이스 그리고 상기의 엷은 판과 베이스를 싸기 위한 부드러운 인조가죽으로 만든 탄력있는 덮는 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기의 보류부재는 정방형이며, 상기의 전기색 커버는 보류부재와 크기가 같은 정방형으로 형성된 중앙면, 중앙면(lla)의 4개측면에 각각 질공된 4개의 접는 뚜껑문, 그리고 중첩된 상태로 반대측 뚜껑문을 결합하기 위해 적어도 한쌍의 반대뚜껑문에 1개색 구비된 결합테이프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기의 펴지는 커버는 PVC, 에나멜, 옷감, 가죽 및 인조가죽으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 1개의 부재로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 또, 상기의 보류부재는 외부주위표면에서 장식구를 싸기위해 엷은 판의 상부면에서 올라온 가는 판 돌기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기의 돌기는 엷은 판과 동일의 재료로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식구.
