Abstract
본 발명은 로보트 기구부에 인접하여 배치되는 제어 장치의 보수 작업을 간소화하여 작업시간을 단축
할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
제어장치를 제1유닛(1)와 제2유닛(2)로 구성하여 제1유닛(1)에는 주로 보수성이 낮은 부품을 격납하고,
제2유닛(2)에는 주로 보수성이 높은 부품을 격납한다. 또한 제1유닛(1) 및 제2유닛(2)를 기계적 및 전기
적으로 용이하게 분리 가능하게 결합하도록 하여 유닛 단위로의 교환을 할 수 있도록 하였다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 산업용 로보트 제어 장치의 한 예를 도시한 구성도, 제2도는 제2유닛의 내부 구성예를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 제1유닛의 내부 구성예를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 제2유닛으로부터 분리한 상태를 도시한 도면.
Claims (5)
- 로보트 기구부에 인접하여 배치하도록 구성된 산업용 로보트의 제어 장치에 있어서, 주로 보수성(保守性)이 낮은 부품을 격납하는 제1유닛과, 상기 제1유닛과는 기계적 및 전기적으로 분리 가능하게 결합되어 주로 보수성이 높은 부품을 격납하는 제2유닛으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 로보트의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보수성이 낮은 부품은 트랜스, 전자(電磁) 접촉기, 브레이커 등의 중량물인 것을특징으로 하는 산업용 로보트의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보수성이 높은 부품은 프로세서를 포함하는 제어 회로기판, 전원 기판, 서보 앰프등의 제어부인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 로보트의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유닛은 로보트 기구부측에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 로보트의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유닛 및 상기 제2유닛은 서로 분리 또는 결합 가능한 기구를 갖는 케이스를갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 로보트의 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
