Abstract

본 발명은 열가소설 합성섬유의 성분에 의해 경화된 베이스섬유로된 평면 운반부가 있는 레이어바디에 있어서, 베이스섬유층의 적어도 일측면 상에는 합성수지가 함유된 커버층이 마련되고, 압축 및 열을 이용하여 베이스섬유층(10)파 커버층(14, 18)은, 베이스섬유층(10)의 합성섬유와 동일 또는 상이한 물질로 구성되고, 베이스섬유층(10)의 합성섬유보다 연화온도가 높은, 열가소성 부분을 가진 중간층(12)을 통해 연결되는 레이어바디에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 레이어바디의 제조방법 및 이용방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (41)

  1. 열가소성 합성섬유리 성분에 의해 경화된 베이스섬유로된 평면운반부가 있는 레이어바디에 있어서, 베이스섬유충의 적어도 일충면상에는 합성수지가 함유진 커버층이 마련되고, 압축 및 열을 이용하여 베이스섬유충(10)과 커버층(14, 18)은 열가소성 부분을 가진 중간층(12)을 통괘 연결되고, 그 재료는 베이스섬유충(10)의 합성섬유의 재료와 서로 상이하거나 또는 동일하고, 그 연화온도는 베이스섬유층(10)의 합성섬유의 연화온도 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  2. 제1항에서, 베이스섬유층(10)이 폴리에틸렌섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 베이스섬유층(10)이 폴리프로필렌섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 베이스섬유층(10)이 열가소성 인조섬유와 천연섬유의 흔합섬유충인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.

  28. 제1항에 따른 평면 레이어바디를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 베이스섬유층이 열가소성 합성섬유의 성분을 함유하며, 압축 및 열에 의해 경화되고, 그의 적어도 일측면상에서 합성수지가 함유된 커버층과 연결되며, 베이스섬유층은 처음에 상기합성섬유의 연화온도 이상의 온도로 가열되고, 또한 가열된 베이스섬유층은 베이스 섬유충의 합성섬유와 상이하거나 동일찬 물질로 구성되며, 베이스 섬유층의 합성섬유보다 연화온도가 높은, 열가소성 부분을 가진 중간층과 연결되고 ; 상기 베이스 섬유층은 가열되지 않고, 마찬가지로 비가열된 커버층과 공통 압축과정을 통해, 베이스섬유층을 경화시키면서 베이스층과 커버층이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 베이스섬유층이 뜨거운 통풍에 의해 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  30. 제28항 또는 제29항에 있어서, 베이스섬유층이 가열에 의해 밀도가 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  31. 제28항에 있어서, 중간층이 베이스섬유층과 하나로 되기전에 커버층과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디.
  32. 제28항에 있어서, 중간층이 커버층과 점착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  33. 제28항에 있어서, 베이스섬유층에 이어서 커버층이 가열되고, 베이스 섬유층은 실온 또는 그 이하에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  34. 제28항에 있어서, 커버층의 예열온도가 70내지 120℃사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  35. 제28항에 있어서, 예열된 베이스섬유층, 비-예열되거나 또는 약간 예열된 중간층, 비-예열된 커버층으로 이루어진 패키지를 모아서 일체화 하기 전에 베이스섬유층은 대략 200℃로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  36. 제35항에 있어서, 압축공정은 약 60℃의 은도로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  37. 제28항에 있어서, 압축은 30내지 140초 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  38. 제37항에 있어서, 압축은 약 90초 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 제조방법.
  39. 제1항에 따른 레이어바디가 자동차의 라이닝에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이어바디 이용방법.
