Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 표백 안정화 성분, (b) 유기 카복실산의 염 및 (c) 방부제를 포함하는 수성 세제에 관한 것이다.
상기의 신규 제제는 셀룰로즈 섬유기재용 표백액으로서 사용하기에 적합하며 우수한 안정화 작용, 중금속 이온을 결합시키는 탁월한 능력, 결정화의 우수한 억제 작용에 의해 특징지워지며 당해 제제로 처리한 섬유기재는 재침윤성이 매우 우수하다. 신규 제제의 탁월한 장점은 이의 생분해능이 우수하다는데 있다.

Claims (32)

  1. (a) 표백 안정화 성분, (b) 유기 카복실산의 마그네슘염, 및 (c) 방부제를 표함하는 수성 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표백 안정화 성분이 (a1) 분자량이 1000이상인 아미노산 중합체, (a2) α-모노아미노디카복실산 또는 이의 유도체, (a3) 음이온적으로 개질된 폴리삭카라이드, 및 (a4) 금속이온 봉쇄제(sequestrant)로부터 선택된 화합물인 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a1)이 α-모노아미노디카복실산의 중합체인 제제.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 성분(a1)이 L-아스파르트산 또는 L-글루탐산의 중합체인 제제.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a1)이 일반식(1)의 아스파르트산의 폴리펩타이드인 제제.

    상기식에서, n1은 3 내지 15이고, n2는 0 이상 2이하이며, n3은 0이상 2이하이고, n2및 n3의 합은 2이다.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a2)가 아스파르트산 또는 글루탐산인 제제.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a2)가 일반식(2)의 카복시메틸화 α-아미노산인 제제.

    상기식에서, R1은 수소, -CH2COOH 또는 -(CH2)2COOH이고, R2는 수소 또는 -CH2COOH이며, R3은 -CH2COOH 또는이고, n4는 0 또는 1이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a2)가 L-아스파르트산 또는 L-글루탐산의 카복시메틸화 유도체인 제제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a2)가 구조식(3)의 N-(1,2-디카복시-2-하이드록시에틸)아스파르트산인 제제.

  10. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a3)이 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 나트륨염과 나트륨 콜레이트의 1:1비의 혼합물인 제제.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a3)이 X-카라게난과 나트륨 콜레이트의 3:1비의 혼합물인 제제.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a3)이 일반식(4)의 이온성 폴리삭카라이드인 제제.

    상기식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 구조식 -COCH2H(COOH)2또는 -COCH2N(CH2COOH)2의 라디칼이고, n5는 200 내지 13000이다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 이온성 폴리삭카라이드가 일반식(4a)의 화합물인 제제.

    상기식에서, n5는 제12항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 이온성 폴리삭카라이드가 일반식(4b)의 화합물인 제제.

    상기식에서, n5는 제12항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 금속이온 봉쇄제(a4)가 (a41) 일반식(5)의 올리고머 및 단량체의 혼합물, (a42) 아미노포스폰산 및 (a43) 시트르산으로부터 선택된 제제.

    상기식에서, Y1은 수소 또는 -COT1이고, R4, X1및 T1은 각각 서로 독립적으로 C1-C4알킬이며, m1는 1 내지 17이다.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 성분(a41)이 일반식(6)의 올리고머 및 단량체의 혼합물인 제제.

    상기식에서, R5는 메틸 또는 에틸이고, m2는 1 내지 14이다.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 성분(a41)이 일반식(7)의 올리고머 및 단량체의 혼합물인 제제.

    상기식에서, Y3은 수소 또는 아세틸이고, m3은 1 내지 4이다.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 성분(a42)가 아미노트리메틸렌포스폰산, 에틸렌디아미노테트라메틸렌포스폰산 또는 디에틸렌트리아미노 펜타메틸렌포스폰산인 제제.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 성분(a41)의 혼합물 및/또는 (a42)와 (a43)의 혼합물을 포함하는 제제.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 글루콘산의 수용성 마그네슘 염인 제제.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 성분(b)에 사용된 수용성 마그네슘염이 황산마그네슘 또는 염화마그네슘인 제제.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 성분으로서 (a1) 일반식(1)의 아스파르트산의 폴리펩타이드, (a41) 일반식(6)의 올리고머 및 단량체의 혼합물, (b1) 글루콘산의 수용성 마그네슘 염 및 (c1) 아세트산을 포함하는 제제.

    상기식에서, n1는 3 내지 15이고, n2는 0 이상 2이하이며, n3은 0 이상 2이하이고, n2및 n3의 합은 2이며, R5는 메틸 또는 에틸이고, m2는 1 내지 14이다.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, (a2) 일반식(2)의 카복시메틸화 α-아미노산, (b) 나트륨 글루코네이트 및 마그네슘 염의 혼합물, (c) 아세트산, 및 (d) 일반식(6)의 올리고머 및 단량체의 혼합물을 포함하는 제제.

  24. 제1항에 있어서, (a1) 일반식(1)의 아스파르트산의 폴리펩타이드, (a43) 시트르산, (b) 글루콘산의 수용성 마그네슘 염 및 (c) 아세트산을 포함하는 제제.

    상기식에서, n1는 3 내지 15이고, n2는 0 이상 2 이하이며, n3은 0 이상 2 이하이고, n2및 n3의 합은 2이다.
  25. 제1항 내지 제24항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 물질을 기준으로 하여, 성분(a) 1 내지 40%, 성분(b) 1 내지 25%, 성분(c) 0.1 내지 5%, 및 100%가 되게하는 물을 포함하는 제제.
  26. 셀룰로즈 섬유 기재를 하나 이상의 퍼 화합물(per compound), 알칼리금속 수산화물 및 제1항 내지 재25항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제를 함유하는 수성액으로 처리함을 포함하여, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유 기재를 표백하는 방법.
  27. 하나 이상의 퍼 화합물, 알칼리금속 수산화물 및 제1항 내지 제25항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제를 포함하는 표백액.
  28. 제26항에 따라 표백된 셀룰로즈 섬유 기재.
  29. 일반식(4)의 화합물,

    상기식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 구조식 -COCH2CH(COOH)2또는 -COCH2N(CH2COOH)2의 라디칼이고, n5는 200 내지 13000이다.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 일반식(4a)의 화합물.

    상기식에서, n5는 200 내지 13000이다.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 일반식(4b)의 화합물.

    상기식에서, n5는 200 내지 13000이다.
  32. 하기 반응 도식에 따라서 일반식(4)의 화합물에 대해 키토산을 반응시킴을 포함하여, 제29항 내지 제31항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
