Abstract

본 발명은 폴리이소시아네이트와, 400 내지 100,000의 분자량을 가지며 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 갖는 화합물을, 발포제로서 발포 조건하에서 기화될 수 있는 탄화수소 존재하에 반응시켜 이소시아네이트 기재발포체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 활성 수소 성분은 a) 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 가지며 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유하는 질소 원자를 함유하지 않는 폴리에테르 1종 이상과 b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 갖고 옥시에틸렌기를 함유하지 않는 1종 이상의 폴리에테르의 혼합물이다.

Claims (10)

1) 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트와, 2) 400 내지 10,000의 분자량을 가지며, 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 2개 이상 갖는 화합물을, 3) 발포제로서 발포 조건하에서 기화될 수 있는 탄화수소 존재하에, 4) 임의로 32 내지 399의 분자량을 가지며, 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 수소 원자를 2개 이상 갖는 1종 이상의 화합물 존재하에, 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지고, 여기서, 성분 2) a) 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 2개 이상 가지며 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유하는, 질소 원자를 함유하지 않는 폴리에테르 1종 이상과 b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 2개 이상 가지며 옥시에틸렌기를 함유하지 않는 폴리에테르 1종 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 것인, 이소시아네이트 기재 발포체의 제조 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 3)으로서 탄소수 3 내지 7의 탄화수소가 사용되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 3)이 n-펜탄, 이소펜탄, 시클로펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 3)이 시클로알칸 및 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알칸의 혼합물인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 2)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 3.5중량%의 몰이 보조 발포제로서 포함되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 성분 2a)가 과량의 상기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응하여 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 예비중합체를 생성하고, 이어서 예비중합체가 잔여 성분들과 반응하여 상기 발포체를 형성하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 성분 2a)는 4이하의 관능기를 갖는 것이고, 상기 폴리에테르 성분 2b)는 4이상의 관응기를 갖는 것인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 성분 2a)는 트리메틸올프로판 및(또는) 글리세롤을 출발물질로하여 제조된 폴리에테르이고, 상기 폴리에테르 성분 2b)는 슈크로스 및(또는) 소르비톨을 출발물질로하여 제조된 폴리에테르인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 수소 원자를 2개 이상 갖는 폴리에테르가 성분 2)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 40중량%의 양으로 폴리에테르 혼합물 2)에 첨가되는 방법.
제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 100 내지 500의 OH가를 프탈산 및(또는) 테레프탈산의 폴리에스테르인 방법.
