Abstract

본 발명은 발포제로서 3 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 저비점 탄화수소, 1차 또는 2차 하이드록실기를 함유하며 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저분자량 1가 알코올, 및 경우에 따라 물 및 이소시아네이트로부터 생성된 이산화탄소와의 혼합물을 사용하는, 이소시아네이트에 근거한 경질 포움을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 경질 포움은 단열재로서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 발포제로서 3 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 저비점 탄화수소, 및 1차 또는 2차 하이드록실기를 함유하며 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저분자량 1가 알코올과 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하여 a) 유기및/ 또는 변형된 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 b) 두 개 이상의 반응성 수소원자를 함유하는 하나 이상의 비교적 고분자량 화합물, 및 경우에 따라 c) 저분자량 사슬 연장제 및/ 또는 가교제와, d) 발포제, e) 촉매, 및 경우에 따라 f)추가의 보조제 및/ 또는 첨가제의 존재하에서 반응시켜 이소시아네이트에 근거한 경질 포움을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 발포제 혼합물을 물 및 이소시아네이트로부터 생성된 이산화탄소와 조합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 3 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저비점 탄화수소가 포움의 총량에 근거하여 0.1내지 12질량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 1차 또는 2차 하이드록실기를 함유하며 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저분자량 1가 알코올이 포움의 총량에 근거하여 0.1내지 6질량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 3 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 저비점 탄화수소, 및 1차 또는 2차 하이드록실기를 함유하며 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저분자량 1가 알코올과의 혼합물로 이루어진, 제1항에 따른 이소시아네이트에 근거한 경질 포움을 제조하기 위한 발포제 혼합물.
  6. 단열재로서 제1할에 따라 제조된, 이소시아네이트에 근거한 경질 포움의 용도.
