Abstract
대기압하에서, 산소와 CO2를 함유하는 연소배기가스와 CO2흡수용액을 접촉시켜 연소배기가스중의 CO2를 이 흡수용액에 흡수시키고, 다음공정에서 이 흡수용액을 가열하여 CO2를 유리시켜 이 흡수액을 재생하여 순환하여 재사용함으로써 연소배기가스에서 CO2를 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 CO2탄소흡수용액으로서 힌더드아민 수용액을 사용하고, 또 히더드아민수용액과 접촉하는 장치부재에 탄소강을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면 장치부식이 적으므로, 저렴한 장치비용이고 또한 흡수액재생 에너지도 작으므로, 공업화에 유리하다.

제1도는 본 발명에서 채용할 수 있는 공정의 일례의 설명도,
제2도는 흡수액의 흡수량(N㎥CO2/㎥ 흡수액, 종축)과 온도(℃, 횡측)의 관계를 나타낸 도표.
Claims (3)
- 대기압하에서, 산소와 이산화탄소를 함유하는 연소배기가스와 이산화탄소흡수용액을 접촉시켜 연소배기가스중의 이산화탄소를 이산화탄소흡수용액에 흡수시켜, 다음 공정에서 이산화탄소흡수용액을 가열하여 이산화탄소를 유리시켜 이산화탄소흡수액을 재생하여 순환하여 재사용함으로써 연소배기가스에서 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소흡수용액으로서 힌더드아민수용액을 사용하고, 또 이 힌더드아민수용액과 접촉하는 장치부재에 탄소강을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소배기가스중의 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌더드아민이, (A) 분자내에 알콜성수산기와 제1 아미노기를 지니고, 이 제1 아미노기는 2개의 비치환알킬기를 지니는 제3급 탄소원자에 결합한 것인 화합물(13)분자내에 알콜성의 수산기와 제2 아미노기를 지니고, 이 제2 아미노기가 결합탄소원자를 포함하여 탄소수 2이상의 연쇄를 지니는 기에 결합한 N원자와 탄소수 3이하의 비치환알킬기를 지니는 것인 화합물, 및 (C) 분자내에 알콜성의 수산기와 제3 아미노기를 지니고, 이 제3 아미노기에 결합한 적어도 2개이상의 기는 각각 그 결합탄소원자를 포함하여 탄소수 2이상의 연쇄를 지니고, 더우기 이 제3 아미노기에 결합한 기중 2개는 비치환 알킬기인 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 아민화합물(단, 2이상의 아미노기를 지니는 것을 제외한다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소배기가스중의 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소 흡수용액이 탄산구리를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소배기가스중의 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
