상감식 비닐시이트 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 상감식 비닐시이트의 제조시 사용되는 장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 소정의 폭을 가지며, 장식입자를 함유하며 시이트와 동일한 폭인 단일측을 포함하는 무한길이 다충시이트의 연속적인 제조방법에 있어서, 장식입자가 분산된 조성액을 표면전폭을 확장하는 구간에서 다층시이트의 층면에 도포하여 상기 단일층을 형성하는데 그 조성액은 조성액에 의해 형성된 단일층의 두께가 일정하고 장식입자가 일정하게 분산된다는 조건하에서 시이트가 상기확폭구간을 횡으로 이동하므로서 도포되도록하며, 상기층의 표면에 입자의 단일층을 영구히 접착시켜 균일한 두께를 가지며 장식입자가 균일하게 분산된 단일층을 포함하는 시이트를 제공함을 특징으로하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성액은 수지입자가 분산되어 있는 플라스티솔로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다층 시이트의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 플라스티솔은 비닐플라스티솔이고 입자는 입상비닐 드라이블랜드임을 특징으로하는 다층 시이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 입자의 크기는 약 150-1000μ임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 임자의 크기는 약 200-450μ임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 입자의 함유량은 조성액에 대하여 약 1-25중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 시이트의 표면에 리버스 롤 코터로 조성액을 도포함을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 다층시이트의 기재에 조성액을 도포함을 특징으로하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 단일층이 바닥마감재의 피복층이고 이 단일층이 부분인쇄된 발포성 겔화 플라스티솔로 형성된 하부의 엠보싱층(embossedlayer)과 접착되어있고 엠보싱층은 하부의 기재와 접착되어 있는 시이트의 표면에 조성액을 도포한후 가열하여 바라포성플라스티솔의 미인쇄부분을 발포시키고 수지를 용융시켜 제조한 바닥마감재임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 장식입자는 가압하에서 변형될수도 있지만 소정의 모양을 가지며 단일층내 입자의 모양은 소정의 모양과 동일함을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트의 제조방법.
  11. 시이트와 동폭이며 장식입자를 함유한 단일층을 포함하는 소정의 폭을 가진 다층시이트에 있어서, 단일층 형성에 사용되는 입자는 가압하에서 변형될 수 있지만 소정의 모양을 가진것이며, 단일층의 두께가 균일하고 단일층내의 입자가 균일하게 분산되어 있으며 단일층내 입자의 모양이 소정의 입자모양가 동일함을 특징으로하는 다층시이트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 단일층은 투명융용수지 메트릭스에 수지입자가 분산된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드)수지 입자는 폴리(비닐 클로라이드)메트릭스에 용융된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 비닐시이트는 바닥마감재의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 다층시이트.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 기재와 바닥마감재의 피복층인 단일층이 접착된 것임을 특징으로 하는 바닥마감재.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 아래에서부터 기재부, 인쇄 엠보싱층(printed embossed layer), 단일층, 피복층의 순으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 바닥마감재.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 최종마감층이 단일층 상부에 접착되고 광택을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 바닥마감재.
