Abstract

본 발명은 수지 코우팅에 매립된 낮은 가로세로비의 이산 입자의 하나이상의 선택적으로 부착된 매트릭스층을 혼입시킨 장식성 상감 시이트 재료를 제공한다.
입자를 함유하는 접착성 매트릭스 아래로 볼수 있는 프린팅된 무늬의 사용은 본 발명의 일 구체예를 구성한다. 본 발명의 시이트 재료는 사용시 마모로 인해 그들의 무늬를 손실하지 않고, 우수한 성질 뿐 아니라 독특한 디자인 잇점 및 가요성을 제공하는 실제적인 관통-무늬의 상감물이다.

Claims (23)

  1. 하기 a) 및 b)로 구성되는 장식성 상감 바닥 또는 벽 피복물 : a) 지지체 및; b) 약2:1 이하의 가로세로비를 갖는 구형 또는 본질적으로 구형 입자가 매립된 접착물로 필수적으로 구성되는, 상기 지지체를 씌우는 하나 이상의 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스층.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체는 가요성 매트 또는 비석면 펠트 시이트인 피복물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 그 표면이 잉크로 프린팅된, 겔화되거나 발포된 수지층인, 상기 지지체위에 접촉하여 적용된 프린팅된 층이 포함되는 피복물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 접착성 매트릭스층은 주요 성분으로서 염화 비닐의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 피복물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 프린팅된 층은 상기의 하나 이상의 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스층을 통해 볼수 있는 피복물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 충분한 밀도로 제공되어 아래에 놓인 재료를 필수적으로 완전히 피복하는 피복물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프린팅된 층은 무늬 또는 디자인 형태인 피복물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 프린팅된 층은 무늬 또는 디자인 형태인 피복물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 프린팅된 층은 상기의 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스 층에 의해 덮인 피복물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 충분한 밀도로 제공되어 아래에 놓인 재료를 필수적으로 완전히 피복하는 피복물.
  11. 제7항에 있어서 상기 하나 이상의 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스 층은 상기의 프린팅된 층과 일치하는 피복물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 구형 또는 본질적으로 구형 입자는 착색 및 투명 입자의 블렌드인 피복물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 약1.5:1이하의 가로세로비를 갖는 가소화된 폴리 염화 비닐 입자인 피복물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체를 덮고 지지체와 접촉하는 라텍스층이 포함되는 피복물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 구형 또는 필수적으로 구형 입자는 수지 입자이고 착색 및 투명 입자의 블렌드인 피복물.
  16. 제15항에 어서, 상기의 착색된 입자는 반투명 및 불투명 입자로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 피복물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 하나 이상의 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스층은 적어도 하나의 마모층으로 코우팅된 피복물.
  18. 하기 연속 단계 a)-f)로 구성되는 장식성 상감 바닥 피복물의 제조 방법 : a) 지지체의 표면위에, 임의로 하나 이상의 잉크로 프린팅하여 프린팅된 층을 제조하는 단계; b) 지지체 또는 임의의 프린팅된 층을 겔화안된 비닐 플라스티졸 접착물 층으로 선택적으로 코우팅하는 단계; c) 약 2:1 이하의 가로세로비를 갖는 구형 또는 본질적으로 구형 입자로 필수적으로 구성되는, 실질적으로 균일한 입자층을 부착시키는 단계; d) 초과량의 입자를 제거하는 단계; e) 상기의 구형 또는 본질적으로 구형 입자를 상기의 겔화안된 비닐 플라스티졸 접착물에 매립하고 비닐 플라스티졸 접착물을 겔화하기에 충분한 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 가열하여, 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스 층을 형성하는 단계; 및 f) 임으로 단계 b), c), d) 및 a)를 반복하는 단계.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 지지체는 프린팅 전에 라텍스 층으로 코우팅되는 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 지지체는 프린팅 전에 플라스티졸층으로 코우팅되는 방법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 압력을 가열 단계동안 적용하여 상기의 구형 또는 본질적으로 구형 입자를 상기의 겔화안된 비닐 플라스틱졸 접착물에 매립하는 방법.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, 선택적으로 부착된 접착성 매트릭스층 또는 충돌을 겔화안된 플라스티졸 또는 경화안된 우레탄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물로 코우팅하고, 상기 플라스티졸 또는 우레탄을 경화시켜 마모층을 형성하는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱졸층은 발포제를 함유하고, 프린팅된 층은 억제성 잉크를 함유하고, 겔화안된 플라스티졸 또는 경화안된 우레탄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물은 선택적으로 부착된 접착 매트릭스층 또는 층들 위에 코우팅되고, 상기의 경화안된 플라스티졸 또는 우레탄을 경화할때 충분한 열을 적용시켜 발포제를 활성화시키는 방법.
