Abstract
본 발명은 40.0내지 80.0중량%의 파라핀, 0.5내지 7.0중량%의 나프텐 및 6.0내지 45.0중량%의 방향족 탄화수소 범위내의 중량 조성과 70내지 90℃의 최대 증류 온도를 특징으로 하는 장입물을 수소화시키는 가솔린 분류물에서 벤젠 함량을 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 수소화 반응 구역에서 수소화 반응을 실시한 후, 이성화 반응 구역에서 장입물의 이성화 반응을 실시하는 가솔린 분류물에서 벤젠 함량을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 장입물이 40내지 80중량%의 파라핀, 0.5내지 7중량%의 나프텐 및 6내지 45중량%의 방향족 탄화수소의 범위내의 중량 조성과 70내지 90℃의 최대 증류 온도를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소화 촉매가 니켈, 백금 및 팔라듐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 혼입시키는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이성화 촉매가 5내지 50의 Si/Al의 원자비를 갖는 모르데나이트 및 VⅢ족 금속중 적어도 하나의 금속을 혼입시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 VⅢ족 금속이 백금, 팔라듐 및 니켈중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 100내지 400℃의 온도, 1내지 60bar의 압력, 촉매1부피당 1시간당 1내지 50 장입물 부피의 액체 시간당 공간 속도 및 촉매 1부피당 1시간당 1내지 2000부피의 수소 흐름속도의 실시 조건하에서 상기 수소화 반응을 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 150내지 300℃의 온도, 대기압 내지 70bar의 수소분압, 촉매 1ℓ당 1시간당 0.2내지 10ℓ의 장입물의 액체 시간당 공간 속도 및 0.5내지 10의 수소 대 장입물의 몰비의 실시 조건하에서 상기 이성화 반응을 실시하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
