Abstract

본 발명은 (a)40내지 80중량%의 파라핀, 0.5내지 7중량%의 나프텐 및 6내지 45중량%의 방향족 탄화수소의 범위내의 중량 조성과 70내지 90℃의 최대 증류 온도를 특징으로 장입물 및 (b)C5-C6증류 분류물의 혼합물을 이성화 촉매의 존재하에 이성화시키는 벤젠 함량을 감소시키는 방법 및 파라핀을 이성화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. (a)40내지 80중량%의 파라핀, 0.5내지 7중량%의 나프텐 및 6내지 45중량%의 방향족 탄화수소의 범위내의 중량 조성과 70내지 90℃의 최대 증류 온도를 특징으로 장입물 및 (b)C5-C6분류물의 혼합물을 이성화 촉매의 존재하에 이성화시키는 벤젠 함량을 감소시키는 방법 및 파라핀을 이성화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상가 혼합물이 20내지 80%의 상기 장입물을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이성화 촉매가 5내지 50의 Si/Al의 비를 갖는 모르데나이트 및 VⅢ족 금속중 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 VⅢ족 금속이 백금, 팔라듐 및 니켈중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 150내지 300℃의 온도, 대기압 내지 70bar의 수소 분압, 촉매 1ℓ당 1시간당 0.2내지 10ℓ의 장입물의 액체 시간당 공간 속도 및 0.5내지 10의 수소 대 장입물의 몰비의 실시 조건하에서 상기 이성화 반응을 실시하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분류물이 증류로 직접 생성된 C5-C6분류물인 방법.
