Abstract

모듈커버의 고정위치를 쉽게 결정할 수 있으므로, 에어백장치의 조립효율을 높인다.
모듈커버(18)의 플랜지(18a)의 끝에는 연결부(16)의 끝에서 걸리도록 하는 걸림턱(30)이 형성되어 있다.
이 걸림턱(30)은 모듈커버(18)의 안쪽을 향해서 돌출하고 있으며, 리테이너(10)의 연결부(16)의 끝에서 걸리게 된다.
플랜지(18a)에서의 연결부(16)와 겹쳐지는 면에는 돌기(31)가 형성되어 있으며, 연결부(16)에는 이 돌기(31)가 삽입되는 삽입공(32)이 형성되어 있다.
조립공정에 있어서, 모듈커버가 리테이너에 대해서 임시로 고정되는 구조이므로, 에어백장치의 조립작업을 극히 간단하게 실시할 수 있으며, 따라서, 조립작업의 작업효율이 향상된다.
그리고, 모듈커버의 삽입공과 리테이너의 돌기가 서로 결합되어 있으므로, 에어백장치가 작동하여 모듈커버가 개열될 때에도 모듈커버와 리테이너와의 결합은 완벽하게 유지된다.

에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명의 실시예를 표시하는 종단면도이다. 제2도는, 제1도에서의 모듈커버의 조립설명도이다. 제3도는, 다른 실시예를 표시하는 연결부의 단면도이다. 제4도는, 다른 실시예를 표시하는 종단면도이다. 제5도는, 제4도에서의 모듈커버의 분해사시도이다. 제6도는, 또 다른 실시예의 받침판의 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 에어백(12)이 부착되는 평판부(14)와 그 평판부(14)로부터 뻗어있는 연결부(16)로 구성되는 리테이너(10)에 대해서 모듈커버(18)를 부착하는 구조로써, 모듈커버(18)에는 연결부(16)와 겹쳐지는 플랜지(18a)가 형성되어 있으며, 연결부(16)에 대해서 플랜지(18a)를 고정시키는 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조에 있어서, 플랜지(18a)에서의 연결부(16)와 맞닿는 면에는 모듈커버 결합용 돌기(31)를, 리테이너(10)의 연결부(16)에는 돌기(31)가 삽입되는 삽입공(32)이나 삽입홈(33)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조.
  2. 에어백(12)이 부착되는 평판부(14)와 그 평판부(14)로부터 뻗어있는 연결부(16)로 구성되는 리테이너(10)에 대해서 모듈커버(18)를 부착하는 구조로써, 모듈커버(18)에는 연결부(16)와 겹쳐지는 플랜지(18a)가 형성되어 있으며, 이 플랜지(18a)에 받침판(21)을 겹치며, 받침판(21)과 플랜지(18a) 및 연결부(16)를 관통하는 금속제 부품(20)에 의해 플랜지(18a)가 연결부(16)에 고정되어 있는 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조에 있어서, 받침판(21)과 플랜지(18a)가 맞닿는 면중의 한 쪽에는 받침판 결합용 돌기(34)를 형성하고, 다른 한 쪽에는 그 돌기(34)가 삽입되는 삽입공(35)이나 삽입홈(36)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 연결부(16)의 끝에서 걸리는 걸림턱(30)이 상기한 플랜지(18a)의 끝에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조.
