Abstract
본 발명은 원통형의 내면을 가진 금속하우징(2)과, 금속의 내측부재(1)와, 상기 2개 사이에 배열된 일래스토머몸체(3)로 이루어진 차량의 핸들레버의 지지용 피벗 베어링에 관한 것이다. 이 일래스토머 몸체는 하우징 및 내축부재의 축상의, 방사상의 및 카로단 운동을 분자 변형을 통해 보상하고, 이 경우 하우징(2)의 원통형 내면과 함께 방사상 외측으로 작용하는 일래스토머 몸체(3)는 내측부재에 고정배열되어 있고 판형링 사이에 축상으로 프리스트레스 되어 있으며, 판형링의 외경은 하우징의 내경에 비하여 작고, 이 경우 일래스토머 몸체의 원통형 외면에서의 미끄럼 면은, 하우징(2)에서 내측부재(1)의 회전운동을 허용하는 축상의 프리스트레스하에서 생긴다.

제1도는 볼 몸체 위에 장치된 일래스토머 몸체의 종단면도, 제2도는 내측 소켓트에 장치된 일래스토머 몸체의 종단면도, 제3도는 조립된 피벗베어링의 제1도에 따른 종단면도, 제4도는제3도에 따른 도면의 변형에, 제5도는 제1도에 따른 확대도.
Claims (3)
- 원통형의 내면을 가진 금속하우징과, 금속의 내측부재와, 상기 2개 사이에 배열된 일래스토머몸체로 이루어지고, 이 일래스토머 몸체는 하우징 및 내측부재의 축상의 방사상의 및 카르단 운동을 분자변형을 통해 보상하고, 이 경우 하우징의 원통형 내면과 함께 방사상 외측으로 작용하는 일래스토머몸체는 내측부재에 고정 배열되어 있고 판형링 사이에 축상으로 압축응력되어 있는, 차량의 핸들 레버의 지지용 피벗 베어링에 있어서, 일래스토머 몸체는 미리 조립된, 장력없는 상태로 중간에서 볼 모양의 기하학적 형상 및 양측에서 허리모양의 기하학적 형상을 가지며, 판형링(4, 5)의 외경은 하우징의 내경에 비하여 작고, 하우징의 원통형 내면과 함께 작용하는 축상의 장력하에서 생긴 미끄럼면이 일래스토머 몸체(3)의 둘레에서 하우징의 내측부재의 회전운동을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 핸들레버의 지지용 피벗 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피벗 베어링과 고정 연결된 판형링 사이에 축상으로 배열된 일래스토머 몸체(3)는 내장된 상태로 축상의 프리스트레스하에서 약간 볼 형상의, 회전 대칭적인 외측콘투어를 가지며, 이의 가장 큰 직경은 원통형 하우징(2)의 내경과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피벗 베어링.
- 제1과 2항에 있어서, 조립된 상태로 일래스토머 몸체(3)의 원통형 외측 콘투어가 축상의 프리스트레스 하에서 생기는 것을 특징으로 하는 피벗 베어링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
