Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 삼각대형 정속 유니버설 조인트에서의 국부 압력을 감소시키고 윤활 조건을 향상시키는 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 상기 목적은 내부 조인트부(2)의 아암(3a,3b)에 조인트의 두 회전 방향에 대면하는 그들의 단부들 상에 조인트의 세로측과 개개의 아암 (3a,3b)의 축에 평행하게 연장되는 면(11)이 제공됨으로써 달성된다.
본 발명은 다른 실시예에서, 외부 롤러(6)의 구형 외부면에 동심으로 배열되고 회전하는 원통형 면(11)이 제공되고, 외부 롤러의 중심 평면이 아암(3a,3b)의 축에 대해 수직으로 연장되고 동시에 면(11)의 중심 평면을 구성한다.

제1도는 구형 아암을 갖는 삼각대형 접속 유니버설 조인트의 종단면도, 제2도는 외부 롤러가 본 발명에 의해 설계되고 주연 방향 힘이 제1도의 단면 A-A에 따라 2개의 분력으로 분할되는, 구형 이암을 갖는 정속 유니버설 조인트의 부분 단면도, 제3도는 롤러 조립체와, 아암으로부터 내부 롤러로 작용하는 2개의 분력으로 분할되는 주연 방향 힘을 도시하는 원통형 아암의 단면도, 제4도는 원통형 아암을 갖는 내부 조인트부의 평면도.
Claims (5)
- 주연 방향으로 분포되고 축방향으로 연장되며 축과 평행한 3개의 안내 홈과 각각의 안내홈과 관련된 2개의 안내 트랙을 갖는 외부 조인트부와, 안내 트랙과 대응하고 조인트 축에 대해 반경 방향으로 연장되는 아암을 갖는 내부 조인트부와, 아암 상에 배치되고 내부 롤러와 이 내부 롤러 상에 니들 베어링에 의해 지지되는 외부 롤러로 구성된 롤러 조립체를 갖는 삼각대형 정속 유니버설 조인트에 있어서, 조인트의 회전의 두 방향에 면하는 그 단부에서, 조인트의 세로 축과 각 아암 (3a,3b)의 축에 평행하게 연장되는 면(11)이 아암(3a,3b)에 각각 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면(11)이 원통형 아암(3b)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면(11)이 구형 아암(3a)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 동심으로 배열 및 회전하는 원통형 면(11)이 외부 롤러(6)의 구형 외부면에 제공되고, 아암(3a,3b)의 축에 대해 수직으로 연장된 외부 롤러의 중심 평면이 동시에 면(11)의 중심 평면을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정소 유니버설 조인트.
- 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 내부 롤러의 구형 내부벽을 갖고, 내부 롤러(4)는 면(11)에 수직으로 연장되는 힘(F)에 의해 부하가 걸린 상기 롤러에 의해 발생된 반경 방향 내측 탄성 변형에 의해 구형 아암(3a)위로 안내될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
