Abstract
터빈 블래이드 제조에 사용되는 적절한 핀잉 와이어는 팔라듐과 1 이상의 귀금속 및/또는 내화금속과의 합금으로 이루어지며, 종래의 핀잉 와이어보다 실질적으로 가격이 더욱 효과적이다.

Claims (12)
- 팔라듐과 1 이상의 귀금속 및/또는 내화금속과의 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Pd의 용융온도와 같거나 더 높은 용융온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Pd의 용융온도보다 더 높은 용융온도틀 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 및/또는 내화금속은 Ta, Mo, W, Nb, Hf, Cr, Re, Pt, Ru, Ir, Os 및 Rh로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 및/또는 내화금속은 Ta, Mo, W 및 Pt로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 및/또는 내화금속의 각각은 합금의 총무게의 30중량%이하의 양만큼 합금내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Cu, Cr, Al, Ta 및 Pt중 1이상을 0~10% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Pt, Pd, Ir 또는 Rh로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 Zr, Ni, Co, Mn, V, Cr 및 Ti중 1이상을 1% 이하만큼 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀잉 와이어,
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른 팔라듐 합금은 터빈 블래이드 제조용 핀잉 와이어로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른 핀잉 와이어를 터빈 블래이드 제조공정에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
