제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ - Ⅱ선에 따른 단면절반과 외부에서 절반을 갖는 평면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 입구를 차단하기 위한 차단 밸브, 및 탕구로 구성되는 모울드용 분사 노즐에 있어서, 이송점(30)으로 부터 모울드(6)의 구멍(5)의 입구까지 탕구(3)의 경로 내로 침입이 없으며, 차단밸브(4)는 하단부에서 탕구(3)를 가로지르는 구멍(7)내에 수용되며, 또한 차단밸브(4)가 탕구(3) 입구(31)를 차단하는 위치로 부터 차단밸브 (4)가 탕구(3)를 완전히 여는 위치까지 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 모울드용 분사노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 노즐몸체(2)는 일체로써 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탕구(3)는 직선인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탕구(3)의 길이방향 축과 차단 밸브(4)를 수용하는 구멍(7)의 길이 방향축은 대략 20°의 각도로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 모울드(6)의 분사구멍(5) 및 차단밸브(4) 헤드 (8)가 절두원추형이며, 분사후에 차단밸브(4) 헤드(8)가 모울드(6) 구멍(5)을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 차단밸브(4)는 실린더(9)내에서 움직이는 피스톤(19)에 연결되며 실린더(9)는 노즐 몸체(2) 내부에서 오목부 인것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 노즐 몸체(2) 내부로 체결된 나사(17)의 단부(16)가 차단밸브(4) 내에서 축방향 홈(15)에 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 노즐 몸체(2)내 및 탕구(3) 주위에 로드 형상의 온도 조절장치(20)가 수용되며 온도 조절장치(20)의 연결선(22)은 방사형의 채널(23)내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
