Abstract

<B>"BOCAL TIPO VáLVULA"<D> é um objetivo da invenção produzir um bocal tipo válvula (10) para sistemas de canaletes quentes através do qual material plástico derretido alimenta, sob alta pressão, uma ferramenta que pode ser resfriada e desmontada e que possui pelo menos uma cavidade de moldagem (K) para itens moldados por injeção, cujo bocal (10) é aquecível e compreende pelo menos uma válvula de agulha (20), apoiada por guias de deslizamento dentro do bocal; a disposição sendo tal que o material derretido alimentado através de um cano (14) passa ao redor de pelo menos uma seção inferior (22) da válvula de agulha (20), compreendendo, além disso, corrente acima da cavidade de molde (K) em uma antecâmara (30), pelo menos um orifício de saída (18) adaptador para receber uma extremidade da agulha de encaixe justo (24), onde a válvula de agulha (20) inclui, na seção inferior (22) corrente acima da extremidade da agulha, meio de alívio de pressão (32, 34) em conexão direta de fluxo com a antecâmara (30).
