Claims (7)
- 알루미나와 실리카알루미나, VlB족금속성분. VII족금속성분으로 구싱된 수용체 금속을 함유하는 촉매조성에 있어서, 촉매적으로 활성인양의 붕소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕소의 함량이 1∼20wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용체물질이60~90wt%의 실리카를 함유하는 비정질 실리카-알루미나와 알루미나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 금속산화물로 계산한 몰리브덴이 5~20wt%, 니켈 및 코발트중 하나 이상이 2~6wt%, 실리카1O~40wt%를 함유하고, 나머지는 알루미나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내기 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매의 활성표면적은 150∼350㎡/g이고, 평균 포어직경은 50~150A인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 따른 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 혼합, 성형, 하소단계로 이루어지며, VII족 금속성분보다 먼저 촉매적으로 활성인 양의 붕소가 첨가되고, 붕소첨가와 VII족 금속성분 첨가사이에 적어도 한번의 하소단계를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 따른 촉매를 진공가스오일 공급재료에서 중간유출물로 변환시키는데 사용하는 촉매의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
