Claims (10)

100g 촉매조성물에 대하여, P2O2로 계산된 인성분 함량은 2-28mmole이고, CoO로 계산된 코발트성분 함량은 60-133mmole이며, 트리옥사이드로 계산된 VIB족 금속성분 132-208mmole이고 촉매조성물의 특정 표면적이 100㎡/g보다 크며, 기공부피가 0.25 내지 1.3㎖/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 및 무기옥사이드 담체, 인성분, 코발트 성분 및 VIB족 금속성분을 함유하는 촉매조성물.
제 1항에 있어서, VIB족 금속은 몰리브덴인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제 2항에 있어서, VIB족 금속성분 함량이 19.0-25.0중량%이고, 코발트성분 함량이 4.5-7.0중량%이며, 인성분 함량이 0.3-3.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제 3항에 있어서, VIB족 금속성분 함량이 19.0-23.0중량%이고, 코발트성분 함량이 4.5-6.0중량%이며, 인성분 함량이 0.3-3.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 모드 기공직경이 5-15nm범위인 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제 5항에 있어서, 기공부피가 50%이상이 7-9nm범위인 직경을 가진 기공인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 담체는 전이 알루미나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
전이 알루미나의 화학적 선구물질이 형성되어지며, 전이 알루미나를 형성하기 위해 상기 형성된 재료는 적어도 하나의 소성단계에 주입되고, 인성분 및 금속성분의 선구물질은 코발트 성분 선구물질이 전이 알루미나를 형성한 후에 침전되는 조건을 가진 형성단계 이전에, 동안 및/또는 후에 담체재료에 침전되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 7항에 따른 조성물의 제조공정.
제 8항에 있어서, 인성분 선구물질 및/또는 금속성분 선구물질을 침전시키는 것에 대해, 하나 또는 그 이상의 상기 선구물질들을 함유하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 수용액으로 제조되며, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 수용액이 또한 질산, 모노카르복실산 및 폴리카르복실산으로 부터 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한항에 따르거나 탄화수소 함유 공급재료의 촉매 수소화 탈황에 대한 제 8항 및 제 9항중 어느 한항의 방법에 따라 제조된 촉매조성물의 용도.
