Claims (4)

  1. 2-페녹시프로피온산 또는 그의 염을 미생물 존재 하의 호기성 조건 하에서 산화시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 발효에 의한 2-(4-히드록시페녹시)프로피온산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물로서 진균을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물로서 박테리아를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 2-페녹시프로피온산의 에난티오머를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
