Claims (5)
- 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 회수가능량의 젤란 검은 함유하나 검정가능량의 PHB는 함유하지 않는 발효액을 생성할 수 있는, 슈도모나즈 엘로데아(Pseudomonas elodea)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 ATCC 53967 또는 이의 계대주인 배양물.
- 제1항의 유기체를 수성 영양물 배지중에서 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 성장시킴을 특징으로하여, 회수가능량의 젤란 검을 함유하나 검정가능량의 PHB는 함유하지 않는 젤란 검 발효액을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항의 유기체를 수성 영양물 배지중에서 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 성장시키고 젤란 검을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 검정가능량의 PHB를 함유하지 않는 젤란 검을 제조하는 방법.
- 검정가능량의 PHB를 함유하지 않는 젤란 검을 함유하는 발효액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
