Claims (5)

  1. 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 회수가능량의 젤란 검은 함유하나 검정가능량의 PHB는 함유하지 않는 발효액을 생성할 수 있는, 슈도모나즈 엘로데아(Pseudomonas elodea)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 ATCC 53967 또는 이의 계대주인 배양물.
  3. 제1항의 유기체를 수성 영양물 배지중에서 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 성장시킴을 특징으로하여, 회수가능량의 젤란 검을 함유하나 검정가능량의 PHB는 함유하지 않는 젤란 검 발효액을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항의 유기체를 수성 영양물 배지중에서 동화성 탄소원의 액침 호기 발효에 의해 성장시키고 젤란 검을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 검정가능량의 PHB를 함유하지 않는 젤란 검을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 검정가능량의 PHB를 함유하지 않는 젤란 검을 함유하는 발효액.
