Claims (4)
10-50중량%의 질화붕소와 다른 1종 사이의 세라믹스 성분으로 되고, 통기성을 갖는 주형, 그 주형을 고정하고 탈형 장치를 갖는 주입테이블, 주입용 슬립을 교반, 탈포하는 진공탈포 교반기, 주입용 슬립을 가압하는 가압용 증압기와, 상기 주입테이블, 진공 탈포 교반기, 및 가압용 증압기를 연결하는 가감압 관로를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 고압주입 성형장치.
제1항의 장치에 다시 초음파 세정장치 및/또는 건조장치를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 고압주입 성형장치.
제1항에 있어서, 세라믹스 성분이 Sl3N4,SiC, SiALON, ZrO2, Al2O3, AIN 및 멀라이트로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상인 고압주입 성형장치.
주형 세정장치, 주형 건조장치, 고압, 주입성형장치, 탈형장치를 연달아 설치하고, 이들 장치의 위치로 순차적으로 주형을 이동시키는 주형 이동 장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한 고압 주입 성형장치.
