제1도는 본 발명에 의한 시동기용 전자 스위치의 일실시예의 종단면도, 제2A도는 제1도의 플런저 커버의 내측에서의 정면도, 제2B도는 제2A도의 B-B선을 따라 취한 정면도, 제2C도는 제1도의 플런져 커버의 외측에서의 정면도, 제2D도는 제2A도의 D-D선을 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 계철을 이루고 여자코일을 수용한 케이스와 이 케이스의 전단부내주에 축방향으로 가동지지되며 평상시는 전진 복귀되고 있으며, 상기 여자코일의 동전으로 후방의 고정 철심에 흡인 후퇴되는 플런저와, 상기 플런저의 후부에 연장해서 설치되며 후단에 가동 접점을 절연 지지한 로드와, 플런저의 후퇴로 상기 가동 접점에 접촉되는 1쌍의 고정 접점과, 상기 플런저 내에 후반부가 삽입되며 플런저의 전단부내주에 고정된 슬리브 축받이에 지지되고 있으며 압축 용수철로 항축에 가압된 훅과, 고무상 탄성재로 되며, 내연부가 상기 슬리브 축받이의 외주에 끼워 넣어지며 외주측의 플랜지부가 상기 케이스의 전단면에 밀접하며, 전동기의 앞 브래킷의 후단면에 가압되며 상기 플런저의 앞쪽을 덮는 플런저 커버를 구비한 시동기용 전자 스위치에 있어서, 상기 플런저 커버의 플랜지부의 두께를 얇게 하고 내단면에 복수개의 축방향의 돌기를 두고, 상기 케이스의 앞끝에 제공된 삽입구멍에 상기 돌기를 끼워 넣고 케이스의 앞끝에 축방향으로 낮은 날밑부를 두고, 플런저 커버의 플랜지부 외주를 에워싼 것을 특징으로 하는 시동기용 전자 스위치.
