Claims (1)
- 진공용기(18)내부에 설치되어 양극타켓(11)을 일체적으로 지지하는 회전체(12), 상기 회전체(12)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정체(15), 상기 회전체(12) 및 고정체(15)의 일부에 설치되고 또 나선홈(20)(21)을 가진 미끄럼 베어링면의 상호간에 적어도 동작중에도 액체상태의 금속윤활제를 개재하게되는 미끄럼베어링부(19)를 구비하는 회전양극형X선관에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼베어링면이 상기 진공용기(18)의 내부공간을 통과하는 종단 부근에 원주상의 공동(25)이 설치되고 상기 공동(25)에서 상기 진공용기내 공간에 도달하는 도중에 이 공동 반경방향 폭 치수보다도 좁은 간격(Q)의 윤활제 누출억제수단(26)(27)을 설치하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
