Claims (16)

  1. 농업적으로 허용 가능한 불확실성 담체, 임의의 농업적으로 허용 가능한 계면 활성제 및 적어도 하나의 하기식의 아졸 및 농업적으로 허용 가능한 상기 화합물의 염을 함유하는 살균 조성물을 식물 중식물에 살포하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치료 또는 예방에 의한 균류성 질병으로부터 식물 중식물 및 그로 부터의 식물의 보호방법.
    〔식중; -W는 =CH-기 또는 질소원자 -N=로 이루어진 3가 기를 나타내고, -X는 할로겐 원자, 특히 염소, 브롬, 불소이고, 또는 임의로 할로겐화 된 C1∼C4알콜 또는 C1∼C4알콜시기이고, -n은 양수 또는 0인 정수로 6이하이며, n이 1보다 클때 X기는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, -R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 C1∼C4알킬 또는 C2∼C4알킬렌라디칼(예를 들면 할로겐원자, C1∼C4알킬시라디칼 등과 같은 하나 이상의 원자 또는 라이칼로 치환됨), C3∼C7시클로알킬, C6∼C10아릴(특히 페닐) 또는 C7∼C11아르알킬(특히 벤질) 라디칼로, 상기 여러 라디칼은 임의로 치환될 수 있다(예를 들면 할로겐원자, C1∼C4알콜라디칼 모노-또는 폴리할로(C1∼C4) 알킬 라디칼, C1∼C4알콜시 라디칼 및 모노-또는 폴리할로(C1∼C4) 알콕시 라디칼 등과 같은 하나 이상의 원자 또는 라이칼로 치환됨), R1및 R2는 R1및 R2가 부착된 탄소로 환을 이루는 C2∼C5탄화수소 사슬을 형성할 수 있고, 상기 사슬은 상술한 C6∼C10아릴 라디칼의 경우와 마찬가지로 임의로 치환될 수 있으며, -R4는 수소원자, 임의로 치환된 C1∼C4알킬 라디칼(예를들면 할로겐 원자, C1∼C4알콕시 라디칼 등과 같은 하나 이상의 원자 또는 라디칼로 치환됨)이고, -R5는 R1및 R2가 상기 정의한 것과 같은 C(R1, R2)CH3기이고, R6및 R7은 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자 또는 메틸이거나, 또는 함께 =O를 형성할 수 있고, R8은 수소원자 또는 1∼3탄소원자의 알킬인 CH2C(R6,R7)-OR8기이고, -R3는 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 C1∼C6알킬 라디칼(예를들면 할로겐원자 C1∼C4알콕시 라디칼 등과 같은 하나 이상의 원자 또는 라디칼에 의해 치환됨) 또는 상기 R1또는 R2라디칼의 경우와 같이 임의로 치환된 C3∼C7시클로알킬 이고, -R3는 또한 C1∼C6알킬 라디칼과 같이 임의로 치환된 C1∼C6알콕시 라디칼 또는 할로겐원자(바람직하게는, F,Cl,Br)이다〕.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 중, R5가 C(R1,R2) CH3기인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 의 화합물중, n=1,2 또는 3인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, x는 염소, 브롬, 불소로부터 선택한 할로겐 원자인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, n=1 또는 2이고, n=1일때 X가 파라 위치에 있고, n=2일때 메타, 파라 위치에 있는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, n=1인 방법.
  7. 제4,5 또는 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 염소원자인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 의 화합물중, W가 질소원자인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 의 화합물중, R1및 R2를 수소원자 또는 C1∼C4알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 메틸 또는 에틸로부터 선택한 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 의 화합물중, R4가 수소원자 또는 C1∼C4알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 수소원자인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 식 Ⅰ 의 화합물중, R3는 수소 또는 염소원자 또는 C1∼C4알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 메틸 또는 에틸인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 0.5∼95% 함유하는 방법.
  13. 식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 살포하는 식물의 잎사귀 질병의 방제 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제12항에서 정의한 조성물 또는 제1항 내지 10항에서 정의한 식 Ⅰ의 화합물로 보호된 식물 증식물.
  15. 하기 화합물을 제외한 제1항 내지 제11항에 정의한 것과 같은 식 Ⅰ의 아졸 화합물.
  16. 적어도 하나의 제15항에 따른 화합물을 활성물질로서 함유한 살균 조성물.
