Claims (9)

  1. 봉재료 및 이 봉재료에 연결된 평면재로부터, 적어도 하나의 개방경계면 및 측벽들을 구비하는 소정의 몰드(형틀)를 제조하기위하여 사용되는, 특히 신장된 빔형기저부에 사용키 위한 몰드패널에 있어서, 굴곡되게끔 이루어져 있고 상기 개방경계면의 영역을 가로질러 가게끔 배치된 다수의 평행한 횡단재(2',12)와 형상유지재로 이루어져 있고 상기 측벽들의 영역에서 상기 횡단재(2,2',12)에 고정적으로 연결되어 있는 그트립(3,3',13)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 몰드 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형상유지재는 주름잡힌 판 또는 비늘모양의 판인 것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 패널.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형상유지재는 망상금속판(expanded metal), 특히 세망격자형 망상금속판을 특징으로 하는 몰드 패널.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 횡단재들(2,2')은 상기 스트립들(3,3')에 의해 소정의 거리만큼 서로 이격되어 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 몰드패널.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 횡단재들(2,2')에 종단재(4)가 고정적으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 몰드패널.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 횡단재들(2,2',12)의 굴곡부에 종단재(4,14)가 배치됨을 특징으로하는 몰드 패널.
  7. 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 횡단재들(2,2',12)과 종단재들(4,14)은 창살형태로 상호결합됨을 특징으로 하는 몰드패널.
  8. 하나의 개붕기부와 측벽들을 구비하는 몰드요소, 특히 신장된 빔형 기저부를 축조하기 위한 몰드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 굴곡되게끔 이루어져 있고 상기 기부의 영역을 가로질러 건너게끔 배치된 다수의 평행한 횡단재들에 형성유지재의 스트립이 고정되고, 또한 이러한 고정절차의 전후에 상기 횡단재들이 굴곡되게끔 하여 상기몰드요소의 형상을 정의하도록 한 몰드 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 종단재들이 상기 횡단재들에 고정되고 또한 상기 스트립들은 상기 종단재들을 개재하여 또는 직접적으로 상기 횡단재들에 연결되게 끔 한 몰드패널.
