제1도는 본 발명의 실행을 위한 실시양태를 나타낸 순서도이다. 제2도는 비교예 1에서의 실시양태를 나타내는 순서도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 시클로헥산의 산화에 의해 제조된 시클로헥사논 및 시클로헥산올의 혼합물로 부터 불순물을 제거함에 있어서, (a) 시클로헥사논 및 시클로헥산올의 혼합물을 제1증류컬럼에 공급하여 저-비점 성분을 증류제거하고; (b) 제1증류컬럼의 하부액을 제2증류컬럼에 공급하여 시클로헥사논을 증류제거하고; (c) 제2증류컬럼의 하부액을 제3증류컬럼에 공급하여 주로 시클로 헥산올로 구성된 성분을 증류제거하고; (d) 제3증류컬럼의 증류액을 탈수소 반응대역을 거쳐 제1증류컬럼으로 순환시키는 것을 구성된 방법에 있어서, (e) 제1, 제2 및 제3증류컬럼의 상부 압력을 20∼400 토르로 유지하고; (f) 제2증류컬럼의 하부액의 일부를 상부 압력이 500∼2500 토르인 제4증류컬럼에 공급하여 저-비점 성분을 증류제거하고; (g) 제4증류컬럼의 증류액을 제1증류컬럼, 제2증류컬럼, 제3증류컬럼 및 탈수소 반등대역으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 단계로 순환시키고; (h) 제3 및 제4증류컬럼의 하부액을 순환계로 부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 제2 및 제3증류컬럼의 상부압력이 순차적으로 저하되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1증류컬럼의 상부압력이 200∼400 토르, 제2증류컬럼의 상부압력이 50∼200 토르이고, 제3증류컬럼의 상부압력이 20∼100 토르인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상부온도가 70∼130℃인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제2증류컬럼의 하부액 0.1∼10%를 제4증류컬럼에 공급하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제4증류컬럼의 증류액을 제3증류컬럼의 증류액과 함께 탈수소 반응대역에 공급하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제4증류컬럼의 상부압력이 600∼1000토르인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제4증류컬럼이 상부온도가 150∼220℃인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소 반응을 탈수소 반응대역에서 구리-함유 고정상 촉매를 사용하여 중기상으로 수행하는 방법.
