Abstract

본 발명에 따라 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산은 (a) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 함유하는 혼합물에 대해 필수적으로 유기용매의 부재 하에서 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법을 수행하여, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산이 축적하는 상의 조성물은 나머지 상의 조성물이 매스 이동 변화에 참여하는 경우 필수적으로 일정하게 남게 한 다음, 상기 상을 제거하고, (b) 단계(a)로부터 수득한 나머지 상의 적어도 일부에 대해 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법을 수행하고, (c)단계(b)에서 형성된 상 중 하나를 단계 (a)의 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급함으로써 정제시킨다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 언급한 정제 방법을 포함하는, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산 의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. (a) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 함유하는 혼합물에 대해 필수적으로 유기용매의 부재 하에서 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법을 수행하여, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산이 축적하는 상의 조성물은 나머지 상의 조성물이 매스 이동 변화에 참여하는 경우 필수적으로 일정하게 남게 한 다음, 상기 상을 제거하고, (b) 단계(a)로부터 수득한 나머지 상의 적어도 일부에 대해 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법을 수행하고, (c) 단계(b)에서 형성된 상 중 하나를 단계 (a)의 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하는 것을 포함하는, 상기 형성되는 분리 방법을 이용하여 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 정제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, -단계(c)에서, 단계(b)로부터 수득한 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산이 풍부한 상을 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하고; -단계(b)에서, 단계(a)로부터 수득한 나머지 상 1 내지 100중량%를 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하고; -단계(b)에서, 단계(a)로부터 수득한 나머지 상 모두를 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하고; -단계(a)에서, 정제하려는 출발 물질을 혼합물로서 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하고; -단계(b)에서, 정제하려는 출발 물질을 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법에 공급하고; -뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법은 결정화, 동결화 또는 승화이고; -덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법은 증류, 정류, 흡수 또는 추출인 특징 중 1가지 이상을 갖는 방법.
  3. (Ⅰ)프로펜 또는 이소부텐 및(또는) 아크롤레인 또는 메타크롤레인을 접촉기상 산화시켜, 산을 함유하는 기체 반응 생성물을 형성시키면서 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 형성시키고, (Ⅱ) 고비등 용매를 사용하여 반응 생성물을 흡수하고, (Ⅲ) 단계(Ⅱ)로부터 수득한 로딩된 용매를 증류시켜 용매 및 조 산으로 분리하고, (Ⅳ) 제1항 또는 2항에서 정의한 방법에 따른 단계(Ⅲ)으로부터 수득한 조산으로부터 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산을 정제(이때, 덜 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법은 단계(Ⅱ)의 흡수 및(또는) 단계Ⅲ)의 증류이고, 뚜렷하게 한정된 분리 방법은 결정화임)시키는 것을 포함하는 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법.
